The lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. Went inside the manager was rude and very unprofessional. Wouldn’t give her name and cussed me out when I took her photo for corporate so I’d have something to describe her.
Been coming here over 25 years.
It’s a shame there is no accountability for the actions of the staff at this location.
Stay away from this one!!

Food was decent for fast food. Customer service was good. Burger box was clearly handled by greasy hands but I’m leaning on the side of they were wearing gloves and grease sticks to gloves very easy.

Absolutely horrendous experience, the place was filth. This McDonalds should be heavily fined and shut down. I reported it to McDonalds and attempted to talk to a manager and was dismissed and mocked by other employees. I ordered on the app and went in to eat. The order was wrong, the buns were hard and the food was cold. I think the oldest employee was 18. Nobody cared. If this is Billy Bobs mom and pop burger joint whatever, but I expect more from McDonalds.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered 3 hot mochas and it tasted like absolute crap. And in the past when ordering the big breakfasts thay had consistently screwed up the same order multiple times. I would never return here.

Ordered a large sweet tea, a mc double with no cheese, and a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. Sweet tea was good and we got a mc double with cheese and a quarter pounder deluxe with no cheese and about 3 tablespoons of ketchup. Wth!

We came in as a group of 11 on 10/8/25 and the manager did an amazing job. I wish I knew her name…she deserves a BONUS…very patient cashier as well. She handles the girls with grace!

Employees ignored the front counter for at least 4 minutes. Went thru drive thru ordered crispy chicken add bacon combo. I was on my lunch break at the time..got back to work and noticed I was given someone else’s order. Called McDonald’s and spoke to mgr and she said she would call me back. Never heard from her..Ii called back no answer.

The cooks can’t make good sandwiches, and it’s always a wait like they’re making it fresh, but the food looks and tastes like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp. I don’t know if they just stand around and kill time talking the whole time, but every time I got there, the burgers are overcooked, the sandwiches are LOADED with whatever condiments go on. I want a chicken sandwich not a tube of mayo. I want a burger not the whole tube of mustard. This location needs a full makeover.
Also, using the mobile app here is practically useless. You WILL wait to get your overcooked food.

Waited in the drive thru line for a total of 11 minutes.. not bad for 2 happy meals and 2 combo meals. Food was hot and fresh, everyone was super friendly.
