Ordered breakfast on kiosk. Decided to go up to the counter after 30 mins of waiting and watching customers come in and out and several going through drive through as we still wait on ours. Stood at the counter waiting until finally someone acknowledged to find out what we were needing. After getting the food the eggs come out raw with literally egg juice seeping into pancakes, while one of the workers is walking around in the kitchen area without having shoes on. Ask to speak to a manager and her only excuse was that she has a bunch of kids working today. That’s a terrible excuse and asked for a refund. Was asked to present a receipt, which we couldn’t because the kiosk never printed one. She just gave us $25 and we walked out. Due to the fact of being served raw egg and seeing an employee in the back with the food and not wearing any shoes justifies a call to OSHA to ensure not only of the safety for the “kids” working there, but also to the customers eating the food. I notice there is a trend of very poor reviews and the response back from the “owner” is a link, so spare me the automated response to the review and instead use that time to look at camera footage (11/16/25 around 9:00am) of your employees not wearing shoes in the kitchen.

Weekend staff is HORRIBLE, woman taking orders is incredibly rude with an attitude I’ve never before experienced in a drive through. I have yet to receive a correct order.
Today I tried to clarify that one of the coffees ordered was an ice coffee. She said “Yeah what about it. Pull up.” We pulled up, paid and received three hot coffees. This is not a difficult job, but clearly more training is required here.

They don’t even deserve one star. They are extremely rude. I was there today and ordered 4 ice creams. They charged me, and then at the next window they told me they didn’t have any ice cream, and if I wanted anything else, they gave me two fries and a frappe, which wasn’t the same amount as what I paid. But since they have such a bad attitude and zero customer service, I left it at that and left.

Extremely filthy! Bathrooms stink. And the kids play place has been filthy every time I have tried to bring my grandkids over there. We end up just having to leave and take them to the park. Which is ridiculous considering it has been dirty for weeks!

Have an attitude when you go to give your order and continue to cut you off while you’re trying to give them the order. Once you make it to the window the have an attitude if your not able to pull all the way up to the window on count of line. Never give napkins or all of your food. When you need something they didnt give you they act like your not at the window. The look everywhere but you.

I went through drive through. I did not realize both lanes were taking orders. I am partially deaf and I thought she got my order. It was my mistake. The lady at windows was very rude. Very bad customer Service. Usually, the person is very nice and fast.
