Went to order lunch and got home to eat and this is what I find. Mcdouble so crooked all the cheese stuck to wrapper. NO ONION AND 1 LOUSY PICKLE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. CALLED STORE 10 TIMES AND GOT NO ANSWER. NOT TO MENTION THE MEAT WAS COLD AND EVEN OUR McCHICKENS WERE ALL OUT OF WACK.

I came in and instantly the atmosphere was atrocious. It was 90° and the manager [a big boned woman with pale skin and dirty red hair (I think that’s an accurate description. She wasn’t wearing a name tag.)] was extremely hostile to me andher employees, as well as incompetent with the other customers orders. I was the only person in line for 10 minutes inside and she just ignored me. All I wanted was a caramel frappe. I tried to tell her that after several, minutes, just so she knew that it wasn’t anything complicated and she could get the only customer inside out the way. And she screamed, ” When I take your order!!” Eventually, after several more minutes I just put it on the kiosk. By that time other customers have come in (mobile orders, Uber eats) And was treated with the same hostility. When it wasn’t the customer it was the kitchen in the back that was getting the hostility. She said, ” Don’t talk back to me in front of a customer. Just do what I tell you.” Totally inappropriate, totally hostile and my frappe had huge chunks of ice in it.
On a side note, I once talked to their GM and their maintenance man and they seemed like pleasant enough people.

Went through and grabbed a value meal which is supposed to include a small drink. Was informed they were out of small cups and would I like a medium or large. I said sure. When I got to the window, they charged for the upside, when it is their own fault they do not have the small cups to serve! Poor, poor

Update! 12/13/25….Went thru drive thru today to grab 2 of the $6 McDouble meals. They come with a small drink. When we got the receipt, we noticed they had did a $.10 upcharge for medium drinks without asking us if we wanted them. No telling how many times people get upcharged without asking!
Also, as we were leaving, we noticed they forgot straws and the girl walked away from the windows and left it open. The manager was standing literally 8 feet from the window and completely ignored me when I tried to get her attention!
After we left, we noticed they did not put the strawberry and cream pies in our bag that we ordered. Had to turn around and go back once again! This place is terrible! Will not go back!

We eat at this McDonald’s a lot not sure what is going on with them today. Chicken nuggets over cooked and fries barely cooked. Their ice cream machine never seems to be working. One lady is really rude. Another lady keeps apologizing.

Specifically speaking about the lunch time drive-thru workers, they are friendly and professional and I really appreciate that. However, the food isn’t great. The fries have always tasted like they’re almost stale and the burgers are lacking.

Hot garbage this morning. Ordered drive through and when they told me to pull around I knew it was going south. Screwed up two vehicles ahead’s order which had to be fixed then gave the next guy my food. Just had to get my money back and leave.

Drive thru for breakfast. Unfortunately, I didn’t turn around to have our food fixed because we were headed out of town. Ordered 3 Egg McMuffins and not one of them was edible! The ham was a tiny, shriveled up, hard as a rock, overcooked and/or old piece of yuck! Like, literally so dry and hard it resembled beef jerky. Thought it was just one sandwich, but my mom and wife had the same on their sandwiches as well. My mom looked at her egg, and it was also super dry and had a weird grey/green color to it. The other 2 eggs were ok, just cold and kinda hard. The English muffins weren’t warm or toasted at all! Basically, it looked like this McDonald’s took old McMuffins insidesfrom the previous day, slapped them on a cold, untoasted muffin and sold them to us. All 3 went into the trash. We had to stop elsewhere for breakfast. I won’t *EVER* take another chance on this particular McDonald’s!

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to… I would never eat at this restaurant again. I went in to use the restroom and even with a line of cars in the drive thru. There was 4 employees just hanging out in the lobby. I was picking up an order dor somebody else. I waited in the mobile order space for 35 mins

This establishment is so mismanaged that it would be better suited as an entertainment venue than a fast food place. It is rare to get food in under 30 minutes. When deciding to bring your party here to eat, imagine waiting 30 minutes in a ‘busy’ restaurant (see images), and then getting food with random spots of grease, half cooked orders of French fries packed with burned french fries, and employees who are confused by the notion of taking customer’s orders.
