First time i went they had no grinch meals at all .. and No cheese for burgers. Cold fries. Second time I went the had No grinch salt. But was not telling anyone till after the went back to the counter looking for the missing pack and shaker bag Was told to contact website street leaving a review which i did and they told me to contact the spot i went to. Waste of my time. Waste of my money.

The drive-through is efficient, but the in-store experience is very different. I stood at the counter for several minutes without acknowledgment, despite multiple staff members nearby and walking right past me more than once. I eventually had to call out to get help. The staff seems to have to work very fast due to customer volume, and they are well staffed just need some service training.
The lobby was extremely loud due to continuous alarms that went off the entire 30–40 minutes I was there. A child of a staff member was in the lobby using a tablet at a very high volume—understandable that the child would be there and that the volume had to be high
given the alarm noise, but the sound added to the disruptive environment. One bathroom was out of order, and there always seems to be several of the same male adults hanging around that area every time I’ve visited…unhoused perhaps? They seem friendly but are just always there by the bathrooms.
Overall, service was efficient but not welcoming or friendly. It gives the vibe that they really don’t want customers to dine inside. Giving 3 stars only because I use the drive thru often.

Ordered using the kiosk, paid using the kiosk. When i picked up my order from the counter it was missing a drink, nugget sauce and the happy meal toy. When I asked for these things that I ordered i was met with an attitude like I had forget to fill the order. The hamburger buns were hard (old?) And burnt.

This McDonald’s in Daphne, Alabama is always a popular choice with my two kids—they specifically asked me to get their food here. It’s inexpensive, convenient, and offers very family-friendly food, which makes it an easy option for families.
Even though this location was very, very busy yesterday—with a long drive-through line and plenty of people inside ordering and waiting—we still didn’t have to wait very long at all. The staff handled the rush efficiently, and the service was exceptional, especially considering how crowded it was.
They don’t have a kids’ playground at this location, but the speed, value, and consistency more than make up for it. Also, downloading the McDonald’s app looks like a smart move—earning rewards you can use to save money. I know a couple of people who use it regularly and swear by it, and it seems like McDonald’s has a solid rewards program.
Overall, this Daphne McDonald’s does a great job keeping things moving, even during peak times. We’ll definitely be back.

The lady at the front counter was so nice and sweet. My kids were being toddlers lol and I believe it was two managers sitting behind us discussing things and they didn’t mind my kids at all. They even spoke to them and were very kind. One even got up and got me sauce so I didn’t have to take the kids to the counter with me. As a stressed out mom of two trying to get her toddlers out of the house for a bit, their kindness went a very long way.

This store deserves a zero star, I have been there on two separate occasions Where I sit at the drive-through speaker for 5 to 8 minutes and no one ever comes across the speaker to take my order. I verified that they were open. I could see people inside and there were no Other customers in line or at the windows, So I am not sure what is going on But zero out of 10 do not recommend save your money and save your time!

Just went to the drive through for breakfast, it has 2 lanes. I was in the lane closest to the building and sat there watching them only taking orders from one side several cars left in front of me. After listening to them take another order for the other side I pulled up to the window and told them I had been waiting as well as others who were not being helped and said my lane doesn’t say it’s closed. She tells me that no one was there and she would take my order at the window. What sense does that make? Close the lane then! Alternate back and forth with orders, lol this isn’t rocket science. Poor excuse for terrible customer service. Take pride in your work people, or quit. Ridiculous.
