At approximately 10:45 PM on November 14 Friday we pulled in the parking lot to check the dining room, but the door was locked so we went to thedrive-through to pick up a DoorDash order. They advised us to go to the third window so we waited there about 10 minutes. A school bus pulls in and everybody off the school bus walks into the store so I walked in trying to pick up the DoorDash order and the woman working the front counter says she can’t help me. She’s just dealing with the People off the school bus, but I saw a bag tied up like they always do for DoorDash and I asked her if that was my DoorDash and she told me I had to go through the drive-through which I had already been and they told me to go to the third window so I told her ma’am if the bags got John P on it that is my order if you could just look at it, you can hand it to me and then very rudely She says here just take it.
The receipt of my bag was printed at 10:34 when we pulled in we were the only customers in line and the lobby was locked so no one was inside either About eight minutes after we were there a carpool in behind us to the second window and they were trying to give them their food when I walked inside and my bag was just sitting there waiting getting cold.
I think something really has to be done about your store and the management and staff at this location. I hope you’re able to rectify the situation. That might be

Only stopped at this location once so I don’t have a lot of input but the lady that waited on me was wonderful. All I ordered was a large drink and she didn’t charge me for it. She didn’t know what I was going through, on my way to a funeral of a very close loved one so I was a mess. She made my day a little better with her kindness.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I’ve lived in New England, Florida, and here in Southern Alabama, this is the absolute worst McDonald’s! Due to how insanely lazy the workers are!! They need to do a much better job hiring!! About 30% of the time my order is correct, and about 80% of the time the fries are under cooked and stale at the same time, and the burger buns are so stale that they’re hard!… This place needs to have all new workers or MUCH better management and oversight!!

I was just there getting breakfast and I wished I had looked at reviews first but anyway, I ordered an egg McMuffin, 2 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns, got on the road and noticed hash browns weren’t in bag. Can’t go back so because had to get to work. I’ve now paid for something I didn’t get. I even tried calling to speak to a manager, but no one answered the phone so I hung up after about 10 rings. This McDonald’s is right down the street from my house, but I can tell you this I will never be back there. Furthermore, the egg McMuffin look like somebody had thrown it from across the room to land on the sandwich because they were egg pieces all around the muffin, unbelievable actually. Now I see why you’re rating is as low as it is

Went through the drive through and had a completely different order than what I ordered. Drove 15 mins back home before unwrapping. Sad that you have to unwrap everything in the drive through before you even leave. Person in the window did not say one word. Even when spoken to. Rude and wrong.

Worst service ever, manager and staff was rude. No one acknowledged me upon my entrance. Received attitude for asking for extra sauce even though I was willing to pay for it. The other customers in the dining area were complaining as well. Cashier had given me the wrong amount of change and still argued with me after I counted out loud to them. I’m pretty sure that one of the children in the dining area belonged to one of the staff members. Kid was in the dining area no shoes and had electronic device charging to the wall. I really wanted to enjoy my meal but I couldn’t due to the atmosphere.

Food tasted old and the pancakes were terrible, which is unfortunate because it’s what I look forward to while driving over 8 hours. Everything was cold. Do not recommend. I waited at counter while one employee decided to completely ignore me standing waiting for something.

If 0/5 stars could be given I would because not only was the bathrooms nasty, the service was terrible, our fries had been poured out in the bottom of our bag, my husband’s chicken sandwich had just been thrown together in the box, my hamburger patty was burnt asked to have it redone and the cashier made a face but had it remade just for it to be burnt also but not as bad. Side note they were NOT busy at all We were just passing through won’t be stopping here again.

I did not know you could wear flip flops in a kitchen atmosphere. They were in what I would call sweatpants and it was very nonchalant about being there at all. I would like to know if hairnets or hats are still required as well. There was none at all.
