Order the fish sandwich combo the fish sandwich was very cold I asked for it to be freshly made and I also had to take the fries back they was not even warm the whole meal was to go did not realize nothing was fresh until I pulled off and started driving you have to wonder what is happening to the McDonald’s franchise.

Went through drive through and was asked to pull over to #2. 20 mins later a worker comes out with multiple orders asking everyone what they ordered as she digs through bags of food to see what is in them. At this point there were 6 vehicles waiting! Another 5 mins go by and a worker comes to ask what we ordered so she was giving the itemized receipt which she takes to the window. The vehicle two ahead of us is also still waiting while all other vehicles have got food and left. At 30 mins of waiting, I go inside to see what’s going on. Was told the wrong food was handed out to people and they had to remake food. A few mins later I was handed a bag. Get down the road and only have the order was correct. This place need all new staff or should be shut down!!!!

If I could give less than 1 I would. I asked at the window for two ranches to be in the bag because I knew they would forget. I pull up into number 1 parking spot liked asked. The lady comes out looking like she was eating French fries. Then gives me my food. I asked for two ranches and she tells me to go inside and get it myself. Literally her words “come inside and get it yourself”. I need a response from management about how this will be handled and fixed for the future because this is not customer ok.

Food was terrible, service was slow. Originally got wrong order, then server proceeded to take my order out of another persons car and give it to me. Asked to pull around and park when going through the drive through so as to give the image that the drive through was empty.

Already boycotted the Bay Minette location due to repeat quality and service issues. First time trying the Atmore location. Same service and even worse food quality. Will not be back. Spicy chicken sandwich with globs of sauce all dumped on half the sandwich, not even edible. Fries were old and could tell they’d been sitting awhile.

Filthy . Would not take our order. They said they were too busy to take our order. Can’t imagine the quality of food is really regulated. Can’t imagine actually eating anything from this establishment. Definitely a management and owner failure!

Just got back from Atmore McDonald’s. I bought a fish filet and the cheese was cut in half and the tartar sauce was not enough. The fish smelled rotten. I just threw it away. The cashier complained to me about giving her the deal code in the window. She told me next time to give the code when placing the order so the order can be completed. I don’t understand what she meant by that. The cashier did not give me a receipt. I don’t like this McDonald’s. The only McDonald’s in town and it’s so frustrating to have bad service. The corporate office needs to be aware of what’s happening and get rid of all the employees.
