Food was good, but service was GREAT! The young lady Dec 17 around 3pm was just delightful. She definitely should get a raise and even teach other employees. Was polite, happy and very helpful. Keep up the great work.

We have frequented this establishment many times on our way to visit our daughter. We had received excellent service in the past. However, in the last couple of weeks, service dramatically declined.
We stopped at this location on Thursday, October 10 around 1:00 pm. It was a little busy but not bad – the wait time for food was almost 30 minutes.
We stopped again on Friday, October 24. We ordered a meal for 2 people and asked for some water for our dog (no ice, just a small cup of water). We were told that we had to pay for the water.
On our way home on Sunday, October 26, we stopped for lunch. Boy do I regret that – we waited for 45 minutes for our meals; and, once again, were told to pay for water. Additionally, we had ordered a 4-piece Nugget Happy Meal – we received 3 nuggets and 8 fries!
I’m not quite sure what caused this decline in service, but am very disappointed and will avoid this establishment from now on.

Can’t rate the food cause nobody would take our order. They just kept someone will be with you shortly. And others would we will take your order when we can. So it appears the only way to pay is with a card in one of the order machines. If you’re paying cash your out of luck. Even the manager was rude. We asked another girl with way too many eyelashes attached to her eyes and she said I can’t help you. My manager has the register locked up..
So what it boils down to is don’t go to this McDonald’s. Go to the Popeyes next door.

This was the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Not one single clean table, trash overflowing everywhere. Bathrooms were dirty. No paper towels in bathroom. Waited for our food for forever. At one point there were prob 20 people waiting for food. If you’re traveling skip this one, it’s not fast. At least the fries were fresh. That is the explanation for the 3 stars on the food.

Terrible place to stop. I was traveling through, needed a bathroom break and was also hungry. Had to wait 15 minutes to pay for my food. I ordered at the kiosk but couldn’t pay. So finally I got to at the counter. After another 10 minutes, I finally got my food. To my disappointment, there was no meat. I subtracted one of the patties to just 1 instead of 2. But there was none. And they had no ketchup for my fries. Which is nothing in comparison to having no meat on my burger. The staff wasn’t very friendly. You could tell they were just doing what they absolutely had to. A man ahead of me politely asked for his drinks after waiting at least 5 or more minutes. A lady from the back had an attitude and yelled “they’re working on it”. He finally got his drinks. I will never stop here to eat. But maybe to use the bathroom. The 2 starts is for their lemonade. It was delicious. I came outside to eat because I didn’t want to be in there listening to them.

Do NOT visit this location!!!
After waiting 30 mins for a $35+ order the picture shows the raw food we were given. The employees were arguing and throwing food in the back…. Needless to say, we wasted our money. There were several families that left without food while we were waiting.

When we walked into store we said it was freezing and even the employees agreed with us as they were wearing hoodies amd jackets while working. We ordered a 10 piece nugget, went to the restrooms. The men’s restroom was clean, the women’s restroom needed the toilets to be cleaned. When we got our order and got back on the road we found out they only gave us 9 nuggets in a 10 piece and since we were already on the interstate we weren’t turning around to get an extra nugget. I won’t be going back there again.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. All of the employees just hanging out in the kitchen ignoring every customer, whether they wanted to use the kiosk or not. 3 said employees were half laying over the table where the food was being bagged as they all hung out together. Not one of the employees spoke to a customer while we were there, other than to yell your order number. The nuggets taste like oil and were dried up. The fries were cold and soggy. The Big Mac was lukewarm and sloppy. All of the fries were just dumped into to bottom of the bag and were half of a large once placed back into the carton. The bathrooms were filthy, with no paper towels. Terrible all the way around.

This place is filthy at 3 pm today. Trash overflowing all outside, inside and bathroom trash bins. Trash sacks piled up by entrance with liquids flowing out right at door. Toilet paper on restaurant floor by counter. Told the counter staff and they just grinned. Food counter was filthy. We ordered no food and others were leaving without ordering.
