If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been sitting AT THE FRONT DOOR for my food for 20 minutes bc they couldn’t give it to me at the window so I was told to come to the front door and it would be brought out to my car. The staff was rude. Literally snatched my card out of my hand and told me to pull up then to go to the front door and still haven’t received my food. Terrible service. Terrible staff. Do not come here.

This morning at 9am is to get breakfast i pull to the drive thru and I waited 2 minutes to say hello. No one answered so I said hello again. I was on the phone so I waited 2 more minutes and said hello again no one answered. So I ended my call and said hello again. No answer by this time I had been waiting 6 to 7 minutes. So I pulled around to the first windows. No one was there i with maybe 1.5 then I pulled to second window. I seen 3 African American women. They all looked at me. I waited for 3 minutes the girl finally opened the windows and asked me did I have an order. I said I had been waiting to order for a while No one answered. So the girl with the head set went to the back and the young girl said we’ll you can drive back around and place your order cause we don’t have a drawer at this windows. Well ik she could have took my order at the front register but her attitude said otherwise. I see why I never stopped there and will never stop there again. Ugh I went to where I always go SONICS got my for in lest then 3 minutes fresh hot with wonder greeting. This store needs to do better. But I should have checked the reviews before I went I see why they a 3 star store should be a one star.

This was a town we used to live in many years ago. We were in town for a funeral and needed a quick bite to tide us over. We chose McDonald’s because it was close and familiar. We went inside and ordered from a real person. We like the personal touch. The food was delicious. I had a chicken sandwich. I enjoyed it. My wife had a fillet of fish sandwich. It was good also. The prices were reasonable. We’ll be back.

I placed a mobile order on 10/5/25. At 12:09, half of my order was given to me and I was asked to pull forward. I waited until 12:25 for them to bring out 2 items. Worker just handed them to me and left. It was a mobile order. Every time we go to this location with a mobile order, it is always something.

Order was wrong when they brought it out curbside. As I was going into the establishment it was filthy outside the door. Upon entering I almost fell because the floors were filthy, wet and greasy. Around the drink machines it was filthy as well. Don’t know if I will be going back because if it was that dirty upon entering I can’t imagine how clean it is behind the counter.

I ordered online and selected table service. This was a new option I had never seen before so I tried it. After about 5 minutes I heard my table number called from the front counter. Instead of bringing my food to me on a tray, I had to go get my food from the employee at the front counter that was served to me in a bag. I also had to remind her to give me my drink. I was given a cup and quickly found out that the Sprite was broken and had to wait at the counter for an employee to acknowledge me and get me a Sprite from the soda machine behind counter. I sat down to eat and they had given me the wrong sandwich. This was a horrible experience. Another customer at the front counter who was a local to the area said this location has been going down hill for some time and cannot believe they don’t get shut down. Trash cans were left out and unattended. Fries were over cooked and cool. I won’t go back to this location.

I go through drive through at 2pm order coffee get down the road it is cold. Many times i got it and was full of grounds. Can’t get a biscuit and gravy any more its always unavailable.

The crew working at this McDonald’s in Monroeville Al are the Best!!
The restaurant was very clean in the dining area & behind the counter.
The young people working here were very kind & pleasant!! They asked for items from co workers & said please & Thank you to each other. So nice to see respect for their co workers. ( you don’t see that often in fast food establishments).
They got our order promptly! It was hot, fresh & delicious!
Thank you to these young people working on Valentines Day in the evening.
We will definitely be back! We hope the crew working tonight is there when we come back! Thanks for making my night a good one!!

I placed a mobile order in the parking lot and went into use the restroom. When I came out, I expected my food as they were not busy. There was two people in front of me. No one came to the register to see if I wanted to place an order. I watched 2 workers in street clothes walk past me and I to the kitchen. They didn’t acknowledge any customers. An employee walked to the register to get ketchup for an order and still didn’t ask if I needed to place an order or acknowledge me.
I watched one employee filling bags move like she had all day. A new customer walked in and after a minute asked me if anyone was taking orders. I told her I hadn’t seen one yet.
I could see my ticket number on the bag when they put the fries in and my tea was ready. I still had to wait. I had a simple order of nuggets, fries and tea.
I waited over 15 minutes for my food from the time I placed my order. Of course, my fries were barely warm when I got to eat them in the car.
McDonald’s is not my first choice of places to eat. I was in a small town and there wasn’t many options. This didn’t improve my opinion.
No one thanked me for my order or apologized for the delay.
