Had a very nice dine in experience, the Lady at the front counter Liza was very accommodating, and constantly made sure we didn’t need anything additional and made sure the food was perfect. She was very busy with cleaning, assisting other customers and I believe taking some of the bags of customers that were pulled around outside. She was very delightful and my family and I always have great experiences out of this Mcdonald’s. Keep up the good work.

We had the most pleasant and helpful interactions with three of the employees tonight. Carson, Liza, Zyanna were so friendly and wonderful to deal with. The restaurant was also very clean. I truly don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but was pleasantly surprised tonight. I will continue to support this location.

The Big Mac was amazing! I only get those once or twice a year. Also got some fries. They were really good too, I stayed in the car my dad got the food. He took me to my first ever EEG appointment. Nothing like comfort food to calm you down afterwards.

Ordered through drive through at 5.54pm after waiting for 4 mins. Now it’s 6.15pm and still no order and we are in waiting bay. This is extremely bad service. Drive through means quick service so there’s no excuse for such delay. They should have enough staff to accomodate customers.

Watch people go into a Mexican restaurant, sit down, be served, and pay the check in the time it takes us to cook your McChicken and bring it out across the parking lot to your car.

1st time though the other day – Manager should be firmer with the employees, two girls just talking and giggling the whole time and back talking the manager . Leaders have to be firm in the work force. Work is not for playing at your job.

Long waits. My burger was raw inside and they didnt even get my order right. How hard is it to NOT put pickles and onions on? And the instructions are ON THEIR SCREEN! Every McDs I go to lately just sucks.

If you want coffee with your breakfast meal deal, you have to tell the girl. Otherwise, she will hand you a fountain drink cup and complain if you tell her you want coffee, even though it clearly shows coffee on the information board over her head. Bad attitude.

There just seems to be a lack of pride in McDonald stores lately. My family and I have always loved McDonald’s and still do. I basically grew up off of it but lately I’ve been getting incorrect orders and cold food. It’s pushing me away from my favorite restaurant.
