I was just here with my grandmother and uncle. The man on taking out order who took our order was extremely rude to my grandmother. he was arguing with her, she said the size of what she wanted and he argued that she didnt say it atleast 3 or 4 times. he has an attitude, I dont know if he was having a bad day but it was unpolite.

I stood at the front counter for a while just to order because adding big Mac sauce to bacon mcdoubles isn’t an option in the app or the self service ordering inside. Please add the option to add big Mac sauce to all sandwiches so that I can preorder online. The manager when I said excuse me stuck her finger up for one minute but ignored me multiple times standing there trying to order. That’s rude and unprofessional. I’ll never stop at this McDonald’s again while traveling. I spend a lot of money here and was unimpressed by the employees especially the manager that gave me the 1 minute finger after watching me stand here for a few minutes but not bothering to address me until I said excuse me. I did get my food fast at least so thanks for that.

They pulled us up for a happy meal and the 2 cheeseburger meal. We waited over 15 mins for our food and the happy meal was wrong. Fries Luke warm.. not a good experience at all.

I ordered and paid for my breakfast it was way before 10:30 when i got there it was after 10:30 so they refused to make the food that should have already been made when i purchased it. Whatever thats fine ill take a refund then i got the wrong refund i went inside to get the correct refund to be called a Karen by someone and not even get a apology.

The staff here is poorly trained. Half of the people taking your order don’t know there own menu and when they make a mistake and you ask them to change it at the first window the tell you they can’t.

First off, let’s just say as being an Assistant Store Manager at a fast food restaurant myself, this has been by far the worst I have seen at a restaurant which is not appealing. Me being a vistor from Prattville, AL traveling down for church service, this makes me not want to eat at this location. Soon as you walk into the store it was filthy including the restrooms. As I stood and looked around the restaurant, I noticed that it was worst than I thought after walking around, drink station dirty, trash everywhere, tables dirty, spills on the floor with NO WET FLOOR SIGNS, etc. Though the lobby was filthy, cashier sitting down, on her watch texting, others outside on the phone. My food was ready, no one called out a number or informed me, instead of doing that, the cashier was leaned over the counter, on her watch. Whoever the area manager is for this location needs to know what this store looks like!
