I really love coming here once in a while but I have lost my appetite and will not be returning for a while. The service was friendly. The food is a big NO for me. I can’t let this slide, I prefer my burger well done NOT RAW. The French fries were nice and hot but tasted very off like chemicals. Please check your meat before it makes someone sick!!

We ordered from the kiosk only to get to end and be prompted that we had to pay and the counter because the card machine on the kiosk did not work . Why not just put an out of order sign on it as there was no one in line when we got there but now had to wait behind several people just to pay. When we got to the counter the lady acted like she was clueless as to how to bring our order up to pay. When she finally figured it out and we sat down the only good thing about our experience was the food was quick coming out. Our fries were cold though. Another customer who was behind us in line asked if ours were hot bc his were cold as well. There was a lady sitting behind us who also said she wanted 45 mins for her food while they called multiple numbers that came after hers. She said she told the lady at the counter that her food was cold and the lady at the counter was rude and yelling that it was too bad. Definitely wouldn’t go back here!

We came here ordered some food, all good until my wife bit into her 10 piece chicken nuggets and the middle was raw!!! Just ridiculous! Good thing tho. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a new order cooked completely cooked. But a lady came from the drive thru and her nuggets were under cooked.

Waited what felt like 15 minutes only behind 1 car and when I finally got my food my basket of fries were cold and soggy, definitely not what you want after working 16 hrs… Im pro life and believe this McDonald’s should be aborted, after paying 10 dollars for a double cheese burger, a basket of fries, and a drink, I’ll never indulge in the disappointment they seem to love serving….

Kiosk froze up and canceled my order with a deal attached. I went to the counter and they said I would have to wait for the deal to re-appear as if I used it. I shouldn’t have to wait extra because your computers don’t work. I had to wait in that long line 2 times. I don’t understand why you can’t just give me my free fries without the scan? You saw that I had the deal.

Never got cussed out by an employee before. Never had an employee kick my kid out of the restroom not once but 5 times and then lie on my kid to my face.Thought stepping up to me in my face was a great idea. Iam calling the owner/cooperate. I will say the place was clean. Got three items of my order wrong and got frustrated at us for their mistake. Won’t come back. Food was not very warm and was very dried out.

They honestly could be the worst McDonald’s in the world. It should be put on a banner and put right in the front, like an attraction. That way people know it will be a huge gamble on an actual normal everyday visit if they decide to take a chance. I won’t even give you an instance, why I say? There’s way too many throughout the years. Thought I could show back up and might get some McDonald’s in Dothan, why not? Please. We’re talking about the world’s worst McDonald’s. If you are from here and go visit other McDonald’s you can tell the difference. At this point it’s pathetic.

After i a very long day !!!! It’s late and you want to stop and get something quick to eat !!!! Every single time i do this i regret my decision 3 seconds into my meal. I can’t understand why everything is always so cold . If the line is wrapped around the building new fries are cooking so you give the customers at the window cold fries . Give the customers coming up new fries, just do right and make everyone wait !!!My meals are always cold at night and i can’t understand why !! my food was absolutely terrible my fries were hard as a rock !!! please do better people are paying for their meals!!!!!

We ordered a filet-O-fish. Instead of fish they put a spicy chicken patty on the sandwich. It’s really hard to find decent food at a fast food restaurant lately. It’s really ridiculous. At some point you would think the sandwich maker would have looked down and realized it was not the correct patty on the bun. Especially when they added the tartar sauce.
