My wife and I stopped in for a quick supper on Sunday night.
Let me just start off by saying any restaurant we visit that has order kiosks will get no more than a three-star rating on service. My putting in my own order is not “service” from the restaurant.
Both of us ordered the Quarter Pounder meal. My wife’s was OK, but my buns were clearly burnt as the picture shows.
The eating area was clean.

Ordered a burger and said only ketchup and cheese. They gave me a burger with no ketchup and cheese but everything else. Orderd two plain cheese burgers for my kids no onion because one can’t eat onion. Specifically requested no onion. Everything else was removed but covered in onions. Half the fries were burnt. The only thing edible was my fiancé chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets. We even double checked how they wrote it on the screen and it was correct. If you want timely service but your order to be basically completely wrong then go here!

They had just started lunch, yet our fries were very obviously not fresh. The burgers were ok, but definitely could have been better. Over all, disappointing.

Glad they were open late and near the highway, however the Americano with an extra shot of espresso we ordered was not given to us instead they gave us lukewarm coffee that was left from the pot from earlier in the day.

By far THE WORST night/closing shift crew I have ever encountered . Sassy drive-thru employees, quick tempered, no urgency at all, terrible service and most importantly I could tell nobody wanted to be there. Probably will just order through the app next time since the night shift crew is miserable about their job and thinks customer service is nonexistent.
