Left out half our food and when we went inside they had 3-4 people saying they also had stuff left out…lady at front was being rude and arguing with the customers about the food left out of our orders. We bought 3 big Mac’s and each one had stuff carelessly thrown onto the burgers. Need new management and staff!

Dear McDonald’s please hire the senior’s back that know how to count. These gamers do not know how to count. Before six thirty this morning I stopped in to get breakfast. It was $8.13 so I counted out three pennys, dime and a twenty dollar bill. The gamer gave me eleven dollar and .90 cents. I asked what’s this about? I told her what gave her and counted it in front of her. She rudely said no I didn’t!!!!! What she did is put all of the change in the penny tray. I’m thinking of starting a go fund me for gamers to learn some common sense and learn to count. McDonald’s you just lost my business over .10 because of the rudeness of that gamer girl! 7-15-24

I Came through the drive through at 10 and they’re was a guy in the window talking on the phone forgets to give us the fries my grandfather asked him to put no pickles on the big Mac and he said ok he gives us our food and it’s all cold he makes us wait a extra 10 minutes while the hot fudge heated up when we were in line for about 20 minutes waiting to get our food and he wanted to do it last second I get my Big Mac and there is no third bun in the middle they’re at least 6 pickles and it’s freezing cold and taste disgusting

Every single time my daughter and I go there, we’re always told to pull in #1 or #2 spot and wait. I’m assuming they’re always out of fries.
They never get our order right, charge for something and bring out or missing something.

Food is always warm & veggies are never soggy. But they seem to have issues with customizations on their burgers & sandwiches. I’ve ordered there multiple times & added bacon or extra lettuce to my sandwich & received a plain one instead. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if i didn’t pay the upcharge. I’ve ordered stuff with no mustard & ended up with only mustard. Etc. I get that working fast food is a high stress environment, I worked the only fast food restaurant in my home town for a few years. So i get it. But more attention needs to be paid to those screens.
