So I placed a online order today just for something quick until my New Years food was done cooking
Now the stickers on the food are correct but the food was not I had to add my own mayonnaise to the burgers I had to ask for fresh hot fries. The meat is definitely burnt!
I’ve worked in the fast food industry during my time I made sure the customers got what the ordered no matter what restaurant I worked in, and this is particular location has fallen off not sure what they got going on in there. Just do better McDonalds

Absolute joke! I walked through the door and was immediately greeted by one of the associates yelling at me telling me to give her the vape that I took off of a table on the opposite side of the restaurant. I literally had to empty my pockets in front of her just to show her that I did not have it. Funny thing is, I don’t smoke or drink for that matter! Ten minutes later, she walks out the door and tells across the restaurant, sorry about that, wrong person? I come in the next morning when they open, just to sit down and enjoy a drink before I get my day started and the manager comes running around the corner yelling at me saying I have 30 minutes to leave. I’m literally the only person in the dining room as well. This store has a serious lack of professionalism and character. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I’d give it in a heartbeat.

Wouldn’t even rate it one star. Where do I even begin??? Terrible rude staff, horrible cold and stale food, staff never clean anything (I have seen staff walk out the bathroom without washing.) Tonight was one of the last straws for me and I had it with this lady!!! I had left rmc was there for six hours and feeling horrible. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up so I could eat and go to sleep when I got home. We drove to the speaker and lo and behold I was “we can’t make it” and wanted to know why this rude worker states “we are setting up for breakfast , u gotta cancel your order we can’t make it.” This whole time raising her voice with a terrible attitude and a mix of loud sighing. I told her I could find a way to Cale the order and wanted to know if I would get my money back, she then told me to do it on the app with no further explanation. On top of this that was my last little bit of money I had in my account and used all my points to make this order. Horrible lady should be fired!!! You get paid to work and you can’t even serve food when the location is open?????? If it’s open that means we are to be served. We are paying customers just trying to grab a quick meal.

Terrible customer service ! Ordered a plain mcchicken on DoorDash , along with two burgers. One burger with bacon,ketchup, mustard, add mayo. Another with extra ketchup and extra pickles. My dasher had to deal with a rude employee when they said the mcchicken wasn’t ordered plain and she almost refused to remake it. The bacon double had maybe two drops of ketchup, no mustard, and no mayo. The last burger had barely any ketchup at all and not a single pickle. Never again! I’m just glad we had all the condiments at home ! Still, they need to do better and not be so rude !

This has to be the worst location ever! It’s not every once in a while, it’s every time. Got a steak bagel and it’s burnt and thrown together like a 2 year old did it!! yall suck !!!!

Almost every time I come to this specific location my order has missing items or items that are completely incorrect. Like tonight. Only thing I ordered was a mcchicken and fries…. Get home and there isn’t even chicken on the mcchicken. Find it hard to believe that it was just forgotten when it’s the main part of the sandwich and most of the name of the sandwich.

They care more about their drive thru times (which is terrible anyways) than they do about their front counter customers. I ordered on the kiosk. I stood at the counter to wait on my ONE cheeseburger. And the manager bagging served my order off and Said to someone else that it would have to wait because she has to much going on. I proceeded to wait EIGHT MINUTES on a SINGLE cheeseburger and it wasn’t until I asked if my food was up yet she gave it to another employee and said will u give this to her. Her and the other employee were VERY VERY RUDE! but hey u gotta take whoever is willing to work right? Even tho they have crappy cusrimer service and attitudes.

Everything about this visit today was amazing. From the amount of time in the drive through to the friendliness of BOTH the cashiers. First window was kind and ASKED of I wanted the receipt (doesn’t happen) and the second cashier was amazing too. She confirmed my order, affirmed that she put the straw in the bag (also doesnt happen) and told me to have a great day. This is old school customer service and I am for it! It is 2025 and most people think that you don’t have to be courteous when dealing with the public. I unfortunately didn’t get their names but it was between 10:30-11:00 am today. Read into that management. Find out who those women were and congratulate them on a job well done. They were amazing. I didn’t want to be weird by saying (being nice isn’t normal in fast food) but IT ISNT! Thank you. You have a great work ethic and because of you two I will not stop eating fast food. No diet for me. You were awesome and your kindness made my morning!

Extremely slow service. 3 different visits resulted in a missed item. Sat in drive thru for many minutes (7+) waiting for someone to respond and take our order all 3 times. The first time we were the only ones in line (12 mins) before we drove to the pickup window to place order. Once you get to order the employees are very nice.

McDonald messed up my oatmeal. The oatmeal flakes didn’t have enough water to cook so I ended up with food that wasn’t edible. The biscuits were also hard. Wasted my money and I’m sick of them doing that. They did not add sugar or cream to my coffee either. Get it together!!!
