I went by 12/12/2025 at 5:30 am on my way to dialysis and purchased a sausage biscuit combo took me 15 to 20 minutes to receive the food. Get to dialysis which down the street from McDonald’s get in my chair for treatment only to realize my biscuit is cold and rubbery. I tried calling to inform them of the mistake but the phone was busy or going straight to Voicemail with no ability to leave a message. I’m taking it back after my treatment.

Ok today I went to McDonald’s 3 times
Spent a total of 80 dollars
I have 7 grandchildren and they live with me and they love McDonald’s. Plus I live across the street. My orders are never correct when I say never
Never is an understatement. The store manager needs to have weekly meetings to see what’s going on with her team
First I had 5 Oreos flurries and 1 slush the young lady gave me the flurrries and was just looking at me no straw or spoons napkins nothing
Was moving so slow no care in the world 3rd time I had the Daily double. Only had lettuce on it
Dryyyyyyy dry is an understatement
Y’all need to do better this is getting ridiculous
Shouldn’t have to drive to Day street McDonald’s just to get excellent service and I live here

I used a receipt code for buy one sandwich another one free. Counter lady was really nice even she doesn’t know how to apply a code to the cashier screen. Order was exactly what I ordered. No problem with this store. Thanks to counter lady.

I ordered a Lg Hot Chocolate and one Mcgriddle with just sausage and cheese. The Mcgriddle was right. However, the Hot Chocolate was not. I was given a Coffee again.

I ordered a Lg Hot Chocolate and two Mcgriddles with no egg in the drive thru. I got to work. This is what I got. The lady came to the window with my Lg Hot Chocolate and ask “what was I waiting on?”. I told my two Sausage McGriddles with no egg on them. No one was in the line so I back up to the serving window. Thre times they said my order to me. Three times! They still got it wrong. I have two egg muffins!

We ordered a big breakfast deluxe and 2 egg McMuffin the only 1 old lady working in the front cashier she did not give us utensil syrup so we went Back ask for it it took about 5 minutes just for that they have about 6 worker in the back , but only one old lady working in the front taking order really bad service bad management!! The floor real wet slippery and all the dining room tables are really sticky dirty very disgusting

My daughter wanted to come inside to play, so we dined in. I placed my order at 1:33pm. we got number 3 table identifier. After about 10 minutes of daughter playing I noticed an order was on the counter I saw the cashier place the food on the counter and look in the lobby but he did not bring the food as the kiosk machine said “take a number have a seat and a member will bring it to you”. After another 10 minutes, I called the number on the receipt, but there was no answer 3 times. I kept noticing the cashier had no customers so he could have walked into the lobby asked who had number 3 if no one was in the lobby he should have come into the play room where you could clearly see guest with the table identifier in the window where they were seated!!!! He noticed a couple of times we were in the play area but still decided not to come from behind the counter! The manager was on her break. Once she got off her break, she noticed the food still sitting on the counter and brought us our food. She said she advised the cashier to check the play room, yet he did not, and she had to bring our food. This is sad for her to have had to do. I told her what you are reading now, and she apologized. McDonald’s in this area really needs to shape up! This experience was not a good one for us. The rating would have been a perfect score had he done his job. But because the manager brought the food to us and made sure it wasn’t cold, I have 2 stars. 5 for her service and atmosphere only because of good music playing

Rolled through the drive thru and got my nugget combo with a lemonade. Had to pull over to the wait parking, but it was worth it. My food was hot and delicious. I think I was short changed on the fries.

I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences at this location. I waited in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes while several cars behind me were served ahead of me. When I finally asked what was going on, the entire team working at that time couldn’t even offer a simple apology or acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they told me to “come inside to argue,” or go to another store, which is completely unacceptable and represents what nature of personality they got into food and service industry!!
Any customer would be frustrated after being ignored like that, especially when the staff shows zero courtesy or accountability. Not even a basic “sorry” for the wait — nothing.
This location urgently needs better training for the whole team in customer service, communication, and handling situations professionally.
With the way the whole team was acting, it’s pretty clear this is just the level of service they’re used to giving.

Employees are way too loud talking and yelling back and forth at each other and they also bring their kids to work with them. Also the music is kind of loud there not a good atmosphere for breakfast

I just went through the drive through… ordered two 10piece nuggets and a cookie tote. The nuggets are pure grease. I’ve called the store three times and No one will pick up.. Too greasy that’s all you taste. I honestly feel like they double dipped the nuggets to appear fresh. I would’ve waited for fresh nuggets at this hour then to have money waisted. I’m so disappointed right now. To the trash they go and I’m still hungry and waisted money..Smh Yall need to do better!
Update….. Still trash! Went today and they totally forgot my nuggets and refuse to pick up the phone. McDonald’s use to be the best for customer service. Not anymore!!!!
