I stopped in for take out on 12/27/25 around 3:30 PM on my way home from work. I live 30 minutes away. I did a mobile order for a filet-o-fish sandwich and 40 piece mcnuggets. The bread and cheese was so hard it crumbled in my hands. Fish so hard could not bite into. My son opened the mcnuggets which were dark brown, dry and had black spots on them. He tried to eat anyway. To hard to eat. I was so upset I thew everything in the trash. I was to far away to take them back. I went into the McDonald’s to talk to a manager. A tall slender black man with a head set on came out. When I told him what had happened, he went and got a plain piece of paper for me to write my complaint on. I told him I would just go on line and file my complaint. He did not act like he was the least bit concerned. For the record, I have bought the Mcnuggets and fish sandwich numerous times over the years with no problems. That visit did me in. I will never go back to McDonald’s if this is what they have become. I would have rated everything a 0 if I could. TERRIBLE RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!

Everytime I come to this location and Tyrell is the Manager on duty at night it’s a joke. He doesn’t run the restaurant, it runs him and then he yells and cusses at the employees and customers. Rotten attitude and the food is super slow coming out, be prepared to wait about an hour or so for cold food. Even though they say they’re waiting on something to finish, not one thing will be hot or fresh. I’ve been here for breakfast and lunch and never an issue, just this one night manager that is sloppy and lazy. Guess no more dinner here and I’ve given it a fair shake several times realizing people can have an off day, but everytime? Nah.. I’m good.

Honestly disgusting. First off was told they don’t take orders and we would have to do a mobile one. Fine.. we do that then proceed to go behind a lady yelling in front of us. She gets out starts twerking. She then pulls out a bottle of alcohol then poors it in the workers mouth, then pours it in hers.. mind you she is driving. We ended up waiting 30 min for our food. They were rude and disgusting. Your at work not a club. This was Oct 19 Saturday at 12:50 at night. All workers disappointing.

Twice now when using my app and points I been told I had to pay for what should have been free through the app because their Internet is down but yet my phone showed they entered the code and they swipping debit cards! Guess someone there is enjoying free food!

It was horrible. we were in there for 45 minutes! We got a Caramel Iced coffee, an orange juice, two sausage biscuits, a hash brown, and an oatmeal. And when we got in the car, the order was wrong! We ate it because we didn’t want to go back in and take forever, we had to get somewhere soon. But to sum it all up, don’t go here.

Not only in person is the service embarrassing, but it is even more embarrassing through delivery services. Multiple time I have placed and order, and each time something is done purposefully wrong. Such as extra ice in my drink where I requested light ice (so it isn’t watered down), I ordered 3 cookies and received none in my delivery, and finally now I have been waiting over 35 minutes for a delivery for a cookie tote since I did not receive my three initial cookies. Terrible service. The employees tonight, just like many other nights and days do not want to do the job they simply applied for and show up to for every shift. Written by someone who is also in hospitality.
