This is the worse McDonalds I’ve been to in a while it’s sad that each time you have black ppl working you get no good service and the store was dirty. They need all new friendly ppl here. Didn’t feel welcome at all.

This is a smaller McDonalds located in a tiny town, the coffee I ordered (Caramel Latte-Hot) had no sugar in it and when I went back in to get the sweet in my coffee she was very gracious to get me a new cup of the same only it was way too sweet the second time. I realized that maybe not all McDonalds do it right as they used to do it. And funny thing is this happened to me at another location too farther South of this location.

Slimy floors to being ignored. Just travelers passing through on a Sunday morning stopping for coffee and a bathroom break. The floors in the bathroom, both the men’s and the women’s, were very slick; clean otherwise, but very slimy from grease being on the mop then rainy situations making them slick. Ordered a few coffees from the kiosk because the people behind the counter ignored us repeatedly. After paying they finally brought 2 of the coffees to the counter while still not being friendly, just sat them down and walked away, no explanation as to where the third drink was. Several minutes later(and watching a few other patrons being helped at the cash register), the third drink was served and it was wrong. Supposed to have been an ice coffee but it was hot. After explaining that was not what I wanted, the last just shrugged and walked off. Would highly recommend someone from management retrain the ones running the front of the store.

Definitely have a far better experience at most other McDonald’s. Food was somehow not fresh or hot, even though it was busy. Asked for missing fries at handoff window and they asked to see my receipt, then four people including the manager had to look at it before we got them ♀️

They filled our order fairly quickly considering how many cars were outside in the drive through. Friendly and the facility was clean throughout. Space markers were still present on floors as was plexi at counter. Mask appreciated a sign indoors read, and kiosk was still closed. But dining space was open.

We went thru the drive-thru for 3 large drinks. They only rang up 2. They made us pull forward for a large Diet Coke…and then we sat there for several minutes and had to go in and get it ourselves. Horrible service.

The outside and inside is dirty. The stuff is full of unprofessional adults and rude teenagers. Plus, the food looks disgusting after ordering. And the lines are always super long, they are always low on products, and they have dirty cups.
