McDonald’s, your customers HATE going through a non-busy drive thru only to be told to park so the store can pretend it fulfilled orders much quicker than it actually did. We miss the good ole days when you could just get your food in the drive thru. With only 2 cars ahead of me, it took 16 min for them to bring out the simple order. And when they first came out, all they brought was my latte (with no straw). I had to ask 3 people and even get out of my car and ask through the drive thru window what was going on. The person bringing out the food showed no hurry and was literally vaping while bringing out people’s food. No one expects McDonalds to be a VIP dining experience, but my God, just some basic professionalism.

If I could give zero starts I would, it has done so bad I now have enough files to sue. Not only do they heavily cross contaminate, I have also been hospitalized because of such. They even once gave me a beef patty when I asked for chicken, a completely sueable btw. I have alr reported them to health and am hoping something gets done about the mess of management they have here

My app order for dine-in service was uncommon, but Sabrina (Manager) took special care of us, ensuring we weren’t double charged for our order! Service at this location has never been better! Every time we come here it takes 20 to 30 min to get our food, even if I order in the app before hand. Also upset they ran out of the monopoly pieces on the quarter pounders and it was a ohwell sorry kinda thing.

If I could leave a review with no stars I would! Ordered on the mobile app to pick up through drive thru. Went to pick order up and was pulled up which is fine. I have no problem waiting as long as my order is accurate and fresh. Get home and the cheese and bacon was left off of one sandwich and another sandwich was left out completely. This has happened on several occasions all occasions the store was operated by the same manager, Eric bland. I decided this time I’d take a trip back to the store in hopes they’d correct it instead of just eating it like I always do. The manager asked for proof of receipt which I obliged by showing him my receipt on my mobile app where I purchased it and he told me “that’s not proof anyone can pull that up on a phone” at this point I’ve lost my cool and I’m questioning him on how it’s not proof of purchase and how the sandwich I brought back that wasn’t fixed right isn’t proof?! He then threatened to call the cops. I just took my loss and called cooperate. The cost of the cheese and bacon are more than the actual sandwich and I was missing a whole sandwich! Mistakes happen that’s fine but I feel like I’ve been robbed. It is very clear the manager Eric Bland is incapable of leading his team. He is also incapable of correcting their mistakes and taking accountability. I will not be going back to McDonald’s. And I will be contacting a lawyer if my complaint is not handled accordingly. You can’t take someone’s money then refuse service to them when they ask you for the food they paid for and never received. 0 stars!
