This was the best McDonald’s location that I’ve been to in a long time. Employees were friendly and and food was hot and the order was correct. The dining area and restroom was clean. Had to wait a little bit for the food, but everything was hot. Wish other McDonalds were like this!

Waited for a half hour outside for my food I never got. After 15 minutes I went to go in and all doors were locked. Had to walk to the window to tell them I was still waiting. They came and got my receipt left me outside. After 10 minutes still no food. Then I got there attention and went in for a refund. Kids just sitting in the dining room with all the doors locked. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on

Reminding me why I only come to McDonald’s like once every ten years. Cuz once a decade is enough to remind me of your absolute trash service and poor quality. No straw in the bag and the buns were soggy. Why even bother at this point. Just lay down and give up McDonald’s. It was fun while it lasted but you’re a busted dated relic that is better off in a museum at this point.

Remodel doesn’t do much good if your employees aren’t capable of doing their job. Girl on the intercom sounded annoyed. My burger was cold, cheese not melted, and meat looked old. My ice cream cone was half done. The girl who did it said she didn’t think she did it right- girl at second window just shoved it out at me. I got ONE napkin. My ice cream had wrappers in it! I threw it out because no telling what else is in it. Took 7 mins for anyone to even answer the com at drive thru.

Instead of cooking something, they’d rather cut corners, which messes up the order. They don’t know how to serve a customer hot french fries. They’re always trying to push cold fries off on everybody. Send something back and they still don’t get it right. They had rather argue with you than get it right. Whatever they get paid an hour, they’re not earning it. The ladies at the window that is.

every time I come here, I regret it.. I repeated my order two going on three times and they just “huh huh huh?” Come to find out they’re not even taking card payments cash only I usually leave decent reviews, but it seems like it’s always something and it’s only at Tallassee.

The food was what I’d expected, but the service not so much. I went through the drive thru around 8-ish. There was another car blocking the first lane as if they were still deciding so I went to the second lane and waited. The car in the first lane finally creeps to the second lane and got their order taken immediately. No big deal though. When the lady began to take my order, I told her I had a pickup order. Sometimes, they ask for name, sometimes they ask for code, sometimes they ask if it’s a deliver order so I didn’t say my code outright. She asked “are you gonna tell me your order?” (first impression of her btw). I told her, “You never asked but my code is ####.” Then, she acted like I was speaking a different language as if she didn’t hear a word I was saying. Once I told her my code, I waited but no response. My order showed on screen, so I just pulled around. When I got to the window, she just stared at me. Then said, “did you have a coffee?” I said, “No, I have a pickup order.” Then she told me to go to the next window without even offering a receipt. I would mention her name, but I don’t have a receipt so…however, the girl at the second window was extraordinary and very sweet!

Every single time I got to tallassee McDonald’s my food is always messed up and they can’t get nothing right most the time. Someone needs to improve this place because now the food isn’t hardly even good. I got their bundles they have advertised on the fence and everything I got out of the drive through was wrong once again, had to send my mother in law in to get it fixed then I get home and everything they fixed is dry as all get out, my fries are soggy, luckfully most of the chicken nuggets were okay for my daughter to eat. This is ridiculous.
