I literally found a long blond hair on my fries. The fries had specks of salt instead of being evenly spread. The quarter pounder was extremely greasy. Worst McDonald I’ve been at!! The drink was overly filled that when they put the cap on there the soda was on the cap and the cup. I ordered through drive thru and they didn’t provide napkins. I should not be worried about cleaning my cup when I’m in a rush.

The food was hot, I got it fast and I assumed since I was the only one in line and it wasn’t busy all of my food would’ve been in the bag. I was wrong. Literally left out HALF of the fries I ordered. How do you not notice that??

Asked for only ketchup on mustard on the cheeseburgers and got the pickles and onions as well (they were cold) …. on the double cheeseburger I asked for onions and mustard only and got a half a squirt of mustard and almost no onions (it was cold). when I asked the girl to fix it she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Asked for crispy frys… gave me cold and soggy!!

Service was insanely slow and unorganized. Employees in the back talking while a crowd of customers are waiting for their food. Took 45 min to get a happy meal, 2 burgers, and 2 fries. Food was cold and not made correct cheese and sauces covered the outside of wrappers. Hard to believe a place like that can stay in business

Why would a McDonald’s at a truck stop be closed at 10 o’clock when it’s supposed to be open 24 hours, I asked one of the ladies that works at the Loves and she said the reason is because they have high schoolers for employees so they cannot stay open late because they’re employees have school the next day which is a ridiculous reason, as an over the road truck driver there’s only so many places we can pull our truck into to get something to eat so we come to a truck stop to eat. If you’re going to have a restaurant or fast food chain in a truck stop. Make sure you hire employees that are allowed to stay up past 9 p.m and do not have curfews also do not advertise it as a 24 hour restaurant if it’s not and they need to put the correct time online. I’ve done wasted my time getting off the interstate and getting my truck parked when I could have stayed on the road looking for another place. I would just avoid this McDonald’s because it’s always an issue every time I come through here.

Pulled up to the drive through and waited and there was nothing but silence. Proceeded to pull up the window to get someone’s attention and was met with an attitude and stares. I asked if they were open and they said yes and told them I was sitting at the drive through waiting and their lousy excuse was that they didn’t have their headsets on.

Food was normal. Drink machine didn’t have enough syrup so I had water instead of Dr. Pepper. No one was at the counter so I ordered at the kiosk and chose pay at counter. Sat there for couple of minutes before I realized my order wasn’t on the board. When an employee came up front I asked and was told you have to pay at the kiosk if you use it. I had to re-order and start waiting again.

Stopped here on the way back from Destin, FL yesterday. I must say I was little disappointed. I think it’s several reason why we are not getting quality of service from pre-pandemic. Most places are understaffed, and the staff they have are either not trained well enough, or they are just trying to get anybody to come to work. With the being said We went inside and ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce, and a fish filet with no tarter sauce, and no salt on the fries to go. We got the order, no sauce was in the back or ketchup. Get to the car, and the fish filet had tarter sauce on it. I took it back in, and the guy that took it from me told them to drop a new fish filet, and told me it would be about 2 minutes. But another worker brings me the one I guess that should have been given to me in the first place. When I got it, it seems the slice of cheese was placed at the edge. I used to work at McDonald’s, and normally on the fish filet, it’s a half of piece of cheese in the center. As you can see in the picture that was not the case. Please train the workers better, and encourage them to have pride in their work. When I used to work at McDonald’s the minimum wage was like $3.75, but I never would let no customer get anything like this. I’m not going to give a bad rating, as I think this can be correct.

I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin meal to eat while riding home from the beach. When we got on the road, I discovered that the McMuffin was barely warm and it was ham, not sausage. Had I not been traveling, I would have gone back to get another sandwich.
