See update below: I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese large combo. Got home and it was 2 orders of fries and chicken nuggets. All I wanted was what I ordered. I had just gotten home from a high school football away game and it was super late. I just wanted to get my meal and get home. Too bad it was not even close to what I ordered. If I could have given ZERO stars ai would have.
I wanted to add an update. The Franchise owner contacted me and made things right. I was very impressed with his response and professionalism. I went back again and everything was correct and the food was fresh. Thank you! I am headed the stars to reflect my satisfaction of the response.

The steak egg and cheese bagels come with a wrapper you can bite into and almost choke on. Hope management reaches out to me over this.

I guess there is a reason McDonalds doesn’t get good ratings. I waited Almost 20 minutes on 4 chicken strips while you have 1 costumer inside and 3 in drive through. And no one from management even ask if you need something when you stand there asking about your order. It’s not a business it’s just a Circus. Just paid $20 to get a Happy Meal delivered and they didn’t put the cheeseburger in the order. I tried to call, and I was hung up on. Then DD gave me a $4 credit, gee thanks. I won’t order from this location again.

I’m not exactly sure what’s going on, but I think the crew working now needs to be completely replaced, I’ve ordered mid week, weekend , and it doesn’t matter at what time I order they can’t seem to get it right, whether it be the wrong sandwich, forgotten drinks, no sauce, or just general rudeness, I feel the reviews would go up instantly if we got this crew out of there

Went to the McDonald’s in Millbrook for a Mocha Frappichino, they told me the machine is broken, I dont eat that food, but I do enjoy those fake coffee drinks, I just drove off. The last 5 or 6 trips there was always some machine that was broken. Haven’t been back since June, dont plan in going back!

If you go to McDonalds in Prattville, this is the one you want to visit. Staff are quick, friendly, and get order right most of the time. At all costs avoid the one on Memorial Drive as they are terrible.

Made a mobile order, get the notification that it was being made. Get here and they canceled it? Why even have your place open for mobile order to oder ahead and you get here and it gets canceled? Oh and that staff here wasn’t much help to customers either, but atleast they’ll serve themselves first. It should not take 25 mins for 3 items. I’ll go to another location from now on.
