Drive thru..let’s talk about it, some of the people that work there act like they don’t want to be there. Always with an attitude and the eye rolling when you ask a question. Than it’s like you’re bothering them when trying to place an order. More than half the time the food looks and taste like it’s been there all day. Fry’s are cold and soggy burgers dry nuggets hard. And the drinks always flat. But God forbid you tell them anything about it because the attitude is real, like if they paid for it out of their pocket. I will never go back.

I travel for work, this was the worst experience at any McDonalds I have ever had. For the people traveling or living here, there are a lot of options to eat. Go somewhere else. Who wants to get treated like crap at 6:45am.

I was hungry and it was getting late so I stopped by for a big Mac. It was messy and it took a while to get. It was a little scary when I saw a guy with a pump up sprayer walking around spraying all behind the counter and where they were prepping the food. I asked him what it was and he said bug spray. Why would you do that while you are serving people?

I was very impressed with this McDonalds! This is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in . The staff was very friendly, and courteous, their uniforms were clean. Great management of this franchise. I give them two thumbs up!!

I ordered the fish meal. Guess what? They miss the MAIN ingredient that goes on the sandwich. Without it, it’s not worth eating. Also the cashier was rude!! She walked up to take the order and just looked at us. Didn’t say ONE word!!! They are rude!!! Are they trained to be rude! Because ALMOST every McDonald’s I go to is like this. The Eufaula location just seems to be worse!! Just close the doors!! I guess I need to learn not to look forward to my meal when I eat there. SOMETHING will be screwed up or just the fact that they are the rudest people I’ve ever seen in a restaurant!!!!

The expectation is to order at the kiosks, which is fine. They bring the food to the table without any confirmation of accuracy or communication. The order was almost correct, but not. I had to wait without any acknowledgment for a few minutes – as they were busy. But clearly there was any issue, and recognition as quickly as possible is just good customer service. Even if it requires a wait to correct the issue, say something to the customer. Fast food is not cheap – and having to go and wait a second time for the food you paid for, and never even get an apology and barely a human response is derelict and frustrating.

The dining area is not regularly cleaned. Tables are greasy & sticky, food on the floor under tables. Staff passes the tables and does nothing. Dine-in service at the counter is slow. Staff is going through the motions. You have to request salt and pepper…money saving? This McDonald’s needs a regional wakeup call. This not the 1st time visiting this McDonald’s. Exaclty what you expect from a fast food establishment and no more.
