People save yourself some money and don’t stop by because this is absolutely disgusting. I’m the type of person to let things slide but this is another level. I tried to eat it but I could not halfway through my burger and this is what I see. Now not only the fact the guy smacked the tray onto our table, someone sat there and cooked my burger for a second, and someone wrapped that burger too… this is unacceptable, and a FOOD SAFTEY HAZARD!!!

Last few reviews have been one star
We waited at the drive-through and never got a response, Pulled up to the first window and let them know we have been sitting there for 5 to 10 minutes.
They took our order and asked us to pull up to the third window and we sat there for 15 mins with no response from anyone
I ended up going inside to find out that they have no idea what happend to our order
Surely they knew someone was in the third window for 15 minutes I mean come on
I understand things happen and maybe your shorthanded but could have let someone know
I would probably still be sitting there if I had not went inside to figure out they lost my order

This place is terrible! Especially the person taking the order!!! I had to explain to the person about 6 different times that I wanted the new hot honey mcrispy and she wouldn’t understand me! At one point she even told me that they couldn’t make that even though it was on the menu!! And at the end my order was still missing the fries!

This has to be the rudest place ever! It’s rare I run into a nice person whom works there. If they get your food wrong they act like it’s such an inconvenience for them to redo. Looks like most the time my damn foods been stepped all over and looking a hot mess! I really wish people understood everyone works hard for their money do them right and make sure they get what they paid for and also treat everyone with kindness no matter what kind of mood your having.

Service has beyond declined in the last 2 years. It has been times I’ve waited for 30 mins for a single frappe. Anytime you voice a complaint they over look it and never correct the true problem , which is the management and upper management treat and train the employees like trash. They have gotten so mad that one of the managers thought she hung up on me and was cussing about my complaint to the other employees giving them false information which was you can get a refund thru the app. FYI no you can not, there is no section what so ever on the app for a refund once you have placed your order. So she was mad they owed me a refund which I ended up having to.call Corp to get a refund which was absolutely unacceptable. And let’s not mention that it dont matter how many times you order 5 drinks they never just offer a drink carrier it got so bad I had to buy my own portable one. Long story short if our town had another McDonald’s I’d go there gladly.

So bad I got a vanilla milkshake 417 I get to the window. The milkshake is brown and we said to the worker this is supposed to be vanilla. She said it is brown because of the Vanilla beans. So I taste it and it is coffee and milk in what world does that equal vanilla

Gave me the wrong food. No apologies no smile either time through drive thru. Called to complain to manager and said you have bad attitude in drive thru. He said ok thank you and hung up on me. Didn’t ask what happened or anything. Saturday 11/29 at 335 pm. Management attitude show in staffs attitude. I realize folks make mistakes but it always makes a customer feel better if there is at the very least an apology.

How is this place open? The RUDENESS and inability to get an order correct is baffling. Don’t go to work if you’re not going to do your job. I hope karma gets your negative hateful flippant attitudes. The food here is terrible. People are mean. Parking lot is always nasty..

The workers are all on there phones or just standing around doing nothing. This is a fast food restaurant not and it should not take 35 minutes to go through a drive thru and then get told to pull into a parking spot to wait even longer on our food. This place needs a new manager or be closed immediately.
