My husband and I came through the drive thru tonight to grab a happy meal for our kiddo. When we pulled up to the first window, Zach greeted us with a huge smile. His customer service was exceptional along with spreading kindness and love. Great job McDonald’s and keep on shining Zach!

The music was absolutely awful and totally killed the atmosphere… 6 songs on repeat was exhausting to listen to. I stopped coming in for a meals, hopefully they change their playlist.

We placed an order and wanted to eat, Freud ordered there and after some time, And the guy came up and said that there was no cream, then when they brought the order, we forgot the drinks again, we asked again, Where are our drinks, after some time they brought a burger. And, to be honest, it was terrible, I ordered extra cucumbers. In the end they only put it on one side and And there was practically no salad, only onions.

Rude service, large fries half full and scattered on the tray, out of ketchup, which exploded everywhere including on me when trying to dispense, two sweet tea containers; one was not sweetened at all and the other one was bitter, no sanitizing wipes at playground door. The thing is there was only one other customer inside and only two of us and although there were many employees no one was concerned about the dining area or us. Big Mac was okay, milkshake was good, food lukewarm, not hot..especially the fries. Very disappointed. If I was the owner of this franchise, there definitely would be cause for concern. We love McDonald’s, but we will not return to this one

I ordered the BbQ.Plane..no pickles no onion..It had a whole can what seemed like of BB SAUSE..I RETURNED IT..ALL THE WORKERS ARE SO SWEET AND ENGAGING..BUT THE YOUNG LITE SKIN MANAGER WAS SOOOOOO NASTY AND BITTER..THE SODA MACHINE NASTY ..YOUR FRONT DOOR NEEDS CLEANING AND IM NEVER GOING BACK.

I wouldn’t give this to my dogs. Why would you EVER serve your customers burnt food? If my food ever came out burnt, I had it recooked or whatever needed to be done. This is garbage.

They only disappointment is when they give me too much ice. The people are friendly and everything is always fast. The iced coffee that I order is always good and the way I like it…except for the ice. Ultimately, I have no complaints.

Drive through was quick. Worker at the pay window was nice. Only to get my McRib served on a sandwich bun. I understand supplies run out, but at least inform your customers.
