Normally I never have problems with this location. I actually love this location. However tonight changed. I placed an online order, waited 15 mins the car park. I go in and explain to the lady who greeted me (very sweet lady) of the situation of our order. She gets right away but I can hear a woman in the back talk about me and making rude comments to the lady who is helping my order. I think they should be careful of what they say about customers in front of them. I work in the service industry and even with rude clients, I never talk about them they way this woman did. I always to taught to show grace and be kind as I don’t know what kind of day someone has had. I have never left a place angry until today. I will drive further to another location. Thank you to the woman who greeted me and helped me. I appreciate your kindness.

When my aunt told me she didn’t like going to this location I didn’t know what to make of it. However I’ve visited a few times and never had a good experience. Either your fries come out cold or the staff has a terrible attitude. Whoever was answering the drive through at 3:41 today was TERRIBLE. I sat there for a few minutes and was ignored. There was no one in the other lane btw. Then after the third “hello” a girl rudely says “you using your app” no greeting no nothing. I took my money elsewhere and will never be back. Don’t want any hate in my food. Smh

I come here multiple times and they never follow through on curbside orders. I’m always here 30+ minutes and end duo having to use drive thru. If you don’t do curbside take it off your app or put up a sign. Pure lazyness here!!

Burgers were barely above room temp. Patties were overcooked, heavily over salted, and old/dry. Drink machine needs to be adjusted as the drink was half as carbonated as it needed to be, good syrup mix though.

UPDATE 10/17/24 – They appear to be righting the ship. After an extremely terrible experience with this location right after it opened, we swore it off. We only returned when the amazing Steak Egg and Cheese Bagels returned.
Did not use the kiosk or the app.
Went to the counter and was pleasantly greeted.
We sat down fully expecting to wait 20-30 mins like last time, but were shocked when our order was ready in less than 3 mins. The food was fresh and so hot we had to wait to pick it up!
The place was clean this time too. We are so happy to have McDonalds back. Thanks for making an effort to fix the issues.
We have since returned a second time, using the drive-thru with no issues. Again, did not use the app.

This morning came in with my family to ear breakfast and we got the monopoly deals and we got the large drinks and I had notice they did not have the sticker on them so I went up and I spoke to the lady and she said to me thar they ran out of the cups and I said I clearly see them there and she said that those cups are dirty and she had the diry cups she so call dirty with the clean cups and at least she could’ve done was to say hey don’t worry let me get you the 3 sticker and sorry for the inconvenience and it’s false advertisement and everything since you guys change the management everything is so bad and not good customer service and it was better when the other lady was there she had great customer service and slove customers problems right away. And another thing I’m having trouble with my app and I had gotten the free food from the monopoly game and I have gotten a code and I took a screen shot and told them I got a code and when I told them they said the code was invalid and I show them and they unfortunately we can’t do anything and Justin that was there he said I will let the GM know and I gave him my name and number but never heard anything from the GM about this problem. Very poorly customer service and mcdonald’s you guys need to do better and I hope someone from corporate reach out to me and reach out to this store and no wonder this store went from 3.4 to a 2.4 star very disappointed.

I ordered a $7 fish fillet double with cheese and when I got home I had a single fish fillet with no cheese on a dry bun. $7 might not seem like much to a multi-million dollar company but I could have gone somewhere else and next time I will.

Food delivery. Once again, no chicken McNuggets. Ordered 2 Cheeseburgers, add tomato. They arrived without onions, 1 pickle and a tiny slice of tomato. Barely any mustard or ketchup. So disappointing. This McDonald’s consistently gets orders wrong, leaves off ingredients, and seems to have no concern for their customers’ satisfaction. The workers are also frequently rude. We were happy to hear we were getting a McDonald’s so close to us but it’s been such a letdown.

Last night I visited this McDonald’s and ordered a 2a double cheeseburger combo and a 2b bacon cheeseburger combo. After paying, I was asked to pull into a parking spot because they said they couldn’t find my order. About 3 minutes later, a staff member came out and asked what order I was waiting on, then took my receipt.
Meanwhile, I noticed cars behind me receiving their orders with no issues. After waiting another 5 minutes with no update, my sister went inside to ask about our food. She was told it was “just being dropped.” Another 5 minutes passed with no food, so I went in and asked for a refund. I was again told the food had just been dropped, but this time I insisted on a refund and said I would eat elsewhere.
Only then—after about 15 minutes total—did they suddenly “find” my order and get it to me in about 1-2 minutes.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The lack of communication and urgency was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.

Since when does a quarter pounder come with mayonaise? And if you like the meat on your double quarter pound burger to be undercooked and then this is the place for you. I wasn’t going to write this review until after we drove back to get them replaced. They decided to give the smaller patties instead of the quarter pounder patties. What kind of operation are they running here? This isn’t the only time they have forgotten items from our order or put incorrect condiments on our meal. I recommend people stay away from this place at dinner hours unless you want to waste your time and money driving back only to be disappointed once again.
