I have waited in the drive through line for 1 hour and 10 minutes as I am doing this review and STILL have not received my food. I could not leave the drive through line because I was blocked by being in the inside lane and nobody would let me out. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. If you are having staffing issues then just close the dinning room and make it drive through only. This McDonald’s has NEVER done anything right. For some reason I keep coming back but this is it for me. Absolutely unacceptable.

It’s mcdonalds foods not bad fairly clean inside. Was in there for roughly an hour and no one restocked the lids for the cups after we asked for lids. No diaper changing stations in either bath room.

We came here because my daughter wanted to go to McDonald’s for her birthday. We ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals, 2 6 piece chicken nuggets and 2 big mac meals. The service was ok, only 1 hamburger was wrong. The food was absolutely disgusting. My daughter took a bite of her cheeseburger and said it was disgusting. She put a chicken nugget in her mouth and chewed, only to spit it out. She did eat her fries and some of mine. My little one took a bite of 1 chicken nugget and 1 bite out of his cheeseburger and then wouldn’t touch them. He also ate his fries. My wife ate more than half of her big mac and a some of her fries and felt like she was going to throw up. I took 2 bites of my big mac, it was really bad. I had 1 fry that we were told were hot out of the fryer but it was barely warm and tasted like fried cardboard. They had definitely been sitting around for a while. The pic is how much food we threw out. On the bright side, it only cost $40 to never want to go to another McDonald’s again. I guess that’s good for my health and wallet.

My husband order two cheeseburger meals and this is what one of the patties looked like! On top of that the drinks were only filled about halfway, BOTH of them. And y’all want $15 an hour? Can’t even fill up a damn cup. Will never come back to this location as long as I live here. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Just came through the drive thru a few minutes ago. The service was great. The line moved quickly. My burger was fine. Even the fries were hot .. even if they were lacking a bit in quantity..
I used to do this job. We had a scoop that measures the fries for the carton.. they should bring that back.. That’s really the only thing I can complain about and while it’s minor in the grand scheme of things it’s an easily avoidable mistake.

They advertise opening at 5am. Still closed at 6am on Friday, 12/19/2025 with several cars lined up in the drive thru. Tried going inside and the doors were all locked. Might have management issues!

I’m writing this review as I’m sitting here inside this place. I spent 30 dollars on cold food, it’s ridiculous… I’m assuming management on duty is rude to her staff and customers. Average skinny woman with glasses do better.
