It’s a Thursday morning just got off work looking forward to some breakfast I’m thinking like everybody else that McDonald’s open bc online it states yall open @4 it even says on there drive thru window that yall open up @4. So I proceed to make an order through the app I goes to McDonalds thinking imma get my food and lay down after a long day of work but they tell me they not opening up till another 30 mins to a hour like huh???? Excuses me???? So I wait a whole hour on the parking lot waiting for them to get ready so I can get my food, it turns 5:00 I go back in the line to try to get my order n they tell me they can’t make it bc they can’t recall .. well ain’t that something now I gotta re order all the same food spend more money when all you could do is open on time. DONT EVERRRR COME HERE .. COMPLETELY unprofessional! These two just sitting here looking stupid tell me I’m crazy for waiting that long and i spent the 30 minutes sitting for no reason, and how she can’t do nothing about my order … mannn I tell ya these two need to be fired asap!

This location is always slow. The employees do not seem to care and the inside is usually dirty. I decided to try and order inside since the drive through was backed up nearly around the building. I ordered my daughter a Happy Meal and I got a double cheeseburger. It is on me for not checking the order before going home, but after standing there for nearly 20 minutes I was ready to get home. They left out fries on the Happy Meal. This location does is kind of thing just about every visit. The is nothing fast about this fast food stop.

Second time I a year I decided to try the app and curbside pickup. 9:15 I ordered. 9:38 my luke warm drink and hot cakes arrived. 20 mins? Really? This is fast food? Is all the south like this slow? Seems that way. It’s not a sit down restaurant. What happened to the days of ordering and it being ready when got to window?
20 mins for pancakes and coffee is way way too slow for a 9 am.

Terrible customer service. Forgot the drink with my order and was rude when I asked for it. And all the tables are filthy. Nothing stocked: no printer paper, straws, or napkins. I ordered table service and they still called out the number and didn’t even call out my name. When I ordered on the kiosk I didn’t get a receipt so I had no clue what my number was and they didn’t even bother calling the name which is clearly on there because I connected the McDonalds app. Employees were very passive aggressive and unhelpful coming from someone who has literally worked fast food. Do better.

Tried to stop by for a Sunday morning McMuffin. Waited for 10min in the drive thru before sharing frustration with another patron in the other line. As we were venting, some old lady employee starts yapping about how they were busy inside the store and couldn’t take drive through orders.
Sounds like a Johnson Family staffing issue. Won’t be returning. It’s bad for your health anyways.

Did a mobile countertop pick up order. Had to wait about 5 mins so not too long. Fries were hot and fresh. Restaurant was empty and clean. They do have a play place which would be nice for families stopping with kids.

Despite having two order boxes they only have one person taking orders from them during 5pm dinner rush, so if you only need 10 seconds to give your mobile order number, but the car at the other box is order 5 meals with special requests on every single one, then you’re just going to have to sit there and wait 10-15 minutes while that other person orders. At least it reminded me why I need to stop going to McDonald’s.

Had a mobile order in the drive thru. Got there at 12:01 yes I know past the closing time. Instead of politely saying hey we’re closed. I got literally screamed at in the drive thru. Nice to know that screaming at customers is allowed.
