The OWNER needs to see this: I don’t want to share my experience elsewhere but here cause it needs to be heard & rectified.

When pulling up to the speaker, you should be addressed properly. The lack of respect & outside communications should be held until you assist the customer promptly. If this isn’t understood, find some new employees because it’s the job they chose so they should have no real issue doing the duties of the job.
I got 3 hotcakes & bacon, let’s start by saying they were in fact not hot. The last pancake on the bottom was torn if I was putting the pancakes on the tray I would see that & correct it. I was always told never serve food you wouldn’t eat, serve it as if it’s yours. I was 16 when taught that at my first fast food job, I’m 31 so it’s stuck in my mind to live by the statement. The bacon was old, I’ll lightly give y’all the night before but yet still old.
I’ll attach a picture. I say this with love, DO BETTER! This was again every morning so no excuses.

So, we got there and ordered at the kiosk, the floors were so sticky. We go sit down and wait for our food. 20 minutes goes by and people who order after us get their food. We go up there to tell them about it and they make it but the sandwiches were so sloppy, they forgot the sauces, they forgot a whole 4 piece nugget and there was a large CARAMEL iced coffee but we got a regular iced coffee and when I got my ice cream cone, it was so tiny and the ice cream was falling off the cone and they didn’t even wrap a napkin around it or tell me to have a good day and when I was standing up there waiting, the whole team was giving me a disgusting look. Worst McDonald’s experience. We thought the reason the food took so long was because they had to cook more McChicken but all the food was cold, the fries weren’t even salted and the buns were literally burnt.

Their bathrooms are clean and they have a little play area that’s cool but all of their drinks taste like mold. Definitely need to clean their drink machines and the food is okay.

Ordered tonight at 8:21pm, paid, and went to the window to pick up my food… 20minutes later I’m asked what I had ordered. Told them and was told that we will remake your order. Well they started handing me food and then told me to pull up that they were remaking our burgers to give them 6minutes. At this time it it’s 9:00pm… 40minutes to get a few items. 2 minutes later they bring me my food… not in a bag but handed me food. It was all wrong but at this point I’m just hungry and gonna head home.
I get home and this is my “Angel Reese” special double QP…. It’s burnt, patties weren’t even warm, and it’s just crunchy. Granted I spent $40 on my meal tonight

Visited about 9:30p.m. the staff was doing everything they could with the 3 people they had working… but it sinoly wasn’t enough people. Orders took about 20 minutes, the place was a mess. And certainly wouldn’t pass a health inspection. (Ive managed fast chains in the past). I hope that I just caught them on a bad day. I will say the food was hot and well made. We cleaned our own tables before we sat down. Overall, kudos to the limited staff.

So I went to this McDonald’s and they told me that ranch is 27 cents and I know that is a lie. Because I have worked at McDonald’s ranch is free as long as you ordered food. The food was terrible. The meat was still a little pink in my burger. And I also got a hot honey chicken wrap and it was horrible. And I know some people are going to call me a Karen I am not a Karen. I am just angry. I have only came to this fast food location a handful of times. 1. NO MATTER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS!! FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD! (Even when I asked to have my food cook to order.) 2. How is a fast food place but I have to wait 15 minutes in a line? No, it wasn’t understaffed. Everyone was just sitting around. (It wasn’t many parked cars. It didn’t look that busy when I peaked through before I drove in.) I don’t leave reviews much but I’m pregnant and I’m ALWAYS hungry so if a pregnant lady wants hot food.. can you make sure it’s HOT! Everything is already nasty as it is & the last thing I want is cardboard fries and EXTRA LETTUCE on my Mcchicken when I asked for extra mayo.. literally lettuce was SURROUNDING my damn mcchicken. I cried for 10 minutes about that stuff.

I really wish that I could give less than one star or negative stars for service!! I went to this McDonald’s because my friend who is in her 80’s loves McDonald’s but doesn’t know how to use the kiosk. The 1st time we went a crew member argued with me saying that there’s no difference between light mayo and regular mayo! I let that go….but the next time we went, I asked the manager if my friend would be able to come to the counter and have someone take her order and was actually told NO!! She,the mgr, said that they didn’t have the staff at some times of the day so she couldn’t guarantee that someone could take care of her. Not apologetic, just simply stated that it couldn’t be done!! Older people do not always understand technology and they really need to keep that in mind!
On a second note, I’ve been there twice now. There’s been a young woman, who obviously knows the employees, that is completely spread out all over one booth, with duffle bags of stuff and is LOUDLY watching programs on her phone. It looks like she’s living there, does not leave a good impression at all!! I have been in the food & beverage business over 30 years. I’ve never heard of anyone telling an elderly person that they cannot get service, meanwhile the employees are loud & obnoxious, while they basically have someone living in their dining room !! We shouldn’t have to go out of our way to be able to get service just because someone cannot take a couple of minutes to help someone who just doesn’t know how to use a kiosk! Pitiful & ridiculous!

This McDonald’s is always the worst and I always reap my karma when I come here lol. They always take forever, forget simple items, and are rude at every stage of the drive through. We went this past Saturday night around 8pm and it was the worst experience thus far. The guy taking orders was snarky, we waited roughly 20 minutes (usual), and the guy at the window was rude. I understand we’re young and it’s literally McDonald’s, but he was cussing about a customer not pulling off when he saw them get their food. And he was sticking his head out of the window literally two inches from my truck window just to stare at the people in the drive through and cuss about how many customers there were. Then we get to the food window and there’s 5 people all staring at their order screens, 2 yelling about how there’s no cookies and they need to tell us they didn’t have any cookies (we didn’t order any) and they somehow still proceeded to miss a drink and three mcchickens. On top of that, they got our other food wrong lol! We literally asked for two of the sandwiches to be plain, how hard is it to not put condiments on there?? This McDonald’s is wild and I only come to this one when I don’t wanna drive an extra 5 minutes and I regret it every time.

Very rude employees, every visit that I’ve made to the store I was picking up online orders for other people and had to wait for an extremely long amount of time only to be treated poorly by the employees and looked over as if I wasn’t there. If I have anything to do with it I’ll never be back! Allso the employees no longer have a dress code they are required to adhere apparently-they were wearing sweatpants and flannel shirts and messing with their face and hair while touching all over the food and drinks. If giving it a zero stars with an option I would give them a negative 10 Stars
