The food is always good and freshly cooked. But the employees need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the establishment. Especially the playground section. We go here because our 3 year old LOVES their chicken nugget happy meal and playing inside. Especially on a cold or rainy day. She can still play on a playground. But I don’t think the floors are even cleaned. Nor the slides wiped down or disinfected.

Asked for this sausage mcmuffin meal deal and they refused to honor it so we got the same thing not as a meal deal and was charged 15 bucks and yet the sign is right in the drive up plain as the nose on the managers face, which told us we got what we ordered.

I always loved McDonald’s growing up! From the play place to the Ronald McDonald sitting on the bench. The TV shows where amazing as well! It brought back warm memories when I seen this car and I was thankful for it!! Not to mention how cute it is!! The food was ok but any issues I had the staff where quick to address it with a great attitude! I will definitely be back!!

I Just got back home from ordering a qt.Pound Cheese burger and it was RAW. I am currently 8 months pregnant and i will make this a bigger issue if i get sick because i didn’t realize it was raw until two bites in. This is absolutely unacceptable and there should be no reason anyone let alone a pregnant woman getting raw food!!!

I will drive from Madison to keep from eating at a McDonald’s in the Huntsville, Madison area they’re NASTY SLOW and could not care less if you eat there. Whatever you do don’t let your kids play in their playground. This Ardmore McDonald’s is awesome they have someone cleaning all the time and the employee’s are nice and they act like they are glad to have your business. It’s also great for your kids.

When you switch store managers/ general managers maybe make sure the new one is good at their job we’ve never had so much stuff messed up from here as much as we have the past 2 weeks today they didn’t put over half of my sandwiches in there we live over 30 minutes away and no sorry nothing that someone has to drive back cause yall can’t even get a order correct if it ain’t broke dont fix it I don’t understand how you can’t read a screen or at least say sorry any place would be better than this

Let me start by saying the employees I’ve talked to are great no issues there however I do have issues with policy charging $.25 for dipping sauce and $1.79 for a cup of ice water is BS. Food is expensive enough as it is.

The staff were rude, not friendly at all and stared at us as though a request for Made to Order nuggets and Fries with no salt was an issue when there were no cars in the parking lot or drive thru. Nuggets seems to have been dupped back in the grease to satisfy the “made to order” request and the fries were taken out early as most of them weren’t cooked through.
