I got seven dollar bagel when I got it out of the bag and unwrapped it, it was hard as a brick. biscuit was so little, it did not even try to cover any of it. Even my dog did not want to eat it. Would not even recommend going back. It seemed like it was cooked and left out for about 35 minutes. It was very horrible experience.

Figured I’d try and get some quick food before work. As we get our food we check and not a single fry is in the bag! Like how do you forget multiple orders of fries. Then went in and it took over 10 min to get our fries, why? Like you had 5-8 employees walking around and a manager that could answer with anything but a question or I don’t know back.

Terrible service. I placed an order and had to wait over 30 minutes. In the end, I had to cancel my order because they weren’t finishing delivering it. They gave me a dirty look, closed the window in my face, and refunded my money. I even had to return the soda that had been sitting in my car for half an hour. Bad and ridiculous service.

My daughter did a mobile order this past s Saturday 9/-13. When I went to pick it up after waiting for 15 min. The manager tells me that since it was not placed from my phone I could not get it. So I then asked for my refund and she told me it would take 24-48 hrs to get my refund. I told her that I was going to either get my food or my money. And then she comes back and says the order was placed for the drive thru. So after waiting another 25 min I finally get my order. No more for me.

I need answers. Not apologies. Not coupons. Answers.

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish, expecting the sandwich we all grew up with — the one with the molten square of cheese hugging the fish like it meant it. Instead? I got half a slice.

HALF. A. SLICE.

One thin, miserable rectangle of dairy, tossed on the sandwich like it got demoted mid-shift. It was just sitting there — all crooked and ashamed — like it knew it didn’t belong. Honestly, it looked like someone peeled it off another sandwich and thought, “Yeah, that’ll do.”

Was this a mistake? A dare? Some twisted cost-cutting initiative dreamed up in the fiery pits of corporate hell? Are y’all slicing cheese like it’s fine Italian marble now?

And don’t tell me it’s “policy.” What kind of dystopian cheese-hating policy is this? What boardroom full of joyless executives sat down and said, “Gentlemen… let’s ruin lunch.”

I paid for a full sandwich. I didn’t ask for some minimalist deconstructed cheese tragedy. I’ve seen toddler Lunchables with more integrity.

I want justice. I want the other half of my slice delivered by courier with a formal apology and a handshake from Ronald himself. I want a national moment of silence for what could have been. I want cheese equity, damn it.

Until then, McDonald’s, I’ll be dining elsewhere. Preferably somewhere that doesn’t serve cheese trauma between two buns.

Went to pick up a mobile order and it was missing a bunch of items. When I went back around to get the rest of the stuff they couldn’t comprehend that stuff was missing or something. I had to give back all the bags and then they came back with different ones and stuff was still missing and orders that weren’t even mine. I understand that everyone has bad days but holy moly was this a terrible experience.

Paid for someone else’s order mine was higher asked if I could just pay the difference because I didn’t have enough on my card left to pay for my order because I wouldn’t get the refund immediately the lady went ugh handed back my card and didn’t even cancel the order I had paid for ended up getting nothing didn’t get the receipt back so I could get my refund later either just slid the window in my face

Good food there clean bathrooms we didn’t have to wait long for our food the inside was very clean and the parking lot was clean. Play cancel it to eat there and the staff is pretty friendly
