Food was good as always. Also McDonalds has the best coffee (non negotiable).
I came here this afternoon to get something to eat and my coffee. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with medium fries with my medium coffee.
Food was good. This Loves has great facilities and obviously McDonalds is located right inside of it.

Had to eat my fish without a top bun. Both buns originally burnt. Manager made one good other top bun burnt as well. Said it was the machine. For as much as a combo costs now a days, one would think you could get some non burned buns. Iam not a picky person but you could smell these. I dont like buns crunchy only toast. Bunch of kids running this place. I had to holler repeatedly to even get some help.

Got the steak egg and cheese bagel and specifically asked if they would make sure the grilled onions were on there due to the other ones I’ve gotten from there not having any and this is what I got two slightly grilled pieces of onion. And this is not the only issue service is hit or miss with this place sometimes I will get a friendly smile or a have a good day and sometimes I won’t even be spoke to. Just hope the company starts realizing for most people your workers are the first point of contact and can set the mood for people’s day.

The place had grease all over the floor not even to mention nobody was on front counter to take any orders people were standing Waiting on their order to be taken. They didn’t even have any sauce, Their assistant manager or GM should be able to order the right amount sauce Until the next shipment of sauce. And I was being recorded By one of their employees. Which is insane. I almost slipped and I just tore my ACL at a basketball game and I wanted to get some food, but I almost saw my other ACL because of all the grease On the floor.

We both got an old McChicken pattie that was hard and tasted terrible and was not even the proper temperature it should be. Then our fries were hard and old. On top of that, there was a hair in my drink. Thankfully I had not taken a drink out of it yet. I saw it floating in the bottom. This happened on 2/1/2026 at 11pm

My experience at this location was horrible. I ordered a Big Mac, Large fry, 4pc nugget and coke. After drinking majority of my coke, I noticed a black and white object sitting at the bottom. It was the drink machine nozzle. I took pictures and drove back into the line to notify the staff. A gentleman came to the window and said “oh yeah we noticed” and laughed in my face. A few more staff members came to look in the cup and they laughed as well. Poor customer service and disregard to customer’s feelings

I am very unhappy! There was a fried potato in the order. It was overcooked and not edible. It had a brown color and tasted bitter. The whole portion! Not one or two things.
I asked for a change. The employee did not understand why for a long time. Apparently he likes to eat this kind of food. In my opinion, this is just garbage that they wanted to sell me.
The potatoes were brought. A little better. I ask you to teach the staff how to respond normally to the client’s request. Teach an employee how to fry potatoes! It’s a shame. And buy the trays! Eating out of a bag is not very convenient! This is the worst McDonald’s!

Served expired pies this morning, hard and nasty. This is unacceptable! Can you really not get your restaurant open with fresh food on time? Come on now there has to be some accountability here. My husband had to knock on the door at 5:06am just to get you to open, then the pie thing… Either McDonald’s needs to start providing better service, food, and food options or lower your prices. Tired of paying an arm and a leg for expired, cold, undercooked or overcooked nasty food. If McDonald’s is tired of properly serving customers then just shut down and make room for those that do make fresh, properly cooked meals! There is absolutely no excuse for food that expired 24hrs ago to be served to anyone.
