I have been here multiple times to give chances as I have worked at McDonalds but after every time they mess up the order and this last time they wouldn’t even answer the phone. I’m done and I will let everyone know not to come to this establishment. Missing food items is not something you wanna experience when feeding your family when you are rushing to get to work. Fast food is suppose to be right food 95% of the time at least. I pay my hard earned money for food I didn’t get isn’t right!!!!!!

I would zero stars if I could. This is the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The restuarant smelled like someone mopped the floors with diarrhea. The employees were rude. It took 30 minutes to get the food. Other patrons had an extremely long wait as well. I thought at least the fries and chicken nuggets would be hot and fresh. I was completely wrong. The fries were lukewarm at best with no salt. The nuggets were stone cold and hard. Definitely not fresh. I will NEVER go back to this McDonald’s.

While leaving Nashville, Tennessee, we had to stop here to grab some food before hitting the road again. Everything was served hot, fresh, and tasted so good—exactly what we needed for the drive. The ladies at the drive-through window were super nice and made the stop even better. Great food, great service, and perfect timing for travelers on the move.

Tonight my 2 sons and I went to this McD’s. The line was long, but I just thought, “It’s Friday”. After we order our food at the kiosk, I realize what is going on as I hear several customers telling the manager what they were needing to fix their orders. Apparently there was a screw up in the drive thru that left about 10-15 people getting their order messed up and the manager was working to fix them.
Our order ended up taking 35 minutes to get out to us. I wasn’t upset by it because I knew they were having issues. HOWEVER, what I was upset about was the severely rude and disrespectful cashier.
When we finally got our order I immediately noticed we were missing our kids drink for my youngest’s happy meal. I told the lady at the front, “I’m sorry, we’re missing a kids drink”
She says, “I know,” and walks off…
After several minutes my 4 year old says, “Daddy, I’m missing my drink still.”
FINALLY, the front desk worker comes back with 3 kids drinks. 2 for another order and 1 for us apparently. She had brought us out what looked to be a coke or Dr Pepper… we ordered a Sprite…I tell the lady at the front, “I’m sorry, that’s supposed to be a Sprite.” She audibly huffs and takes it to fix it.
In the mean time, my 8 year old has looked through our bag and realized his 10 pc nuggets were missing… the lady brings back the Sprite and sits it on the counter. I then inform her, “I’m sorry, we are also missing our 10pc nugget.” Again, another huff and no comment. She goes and gets the nuggets, puts them in a bag, and with me standing DIRECTLY in front of the counter, proceeds to pitch them to the counter from 2 foot away without saying a word and walks off. RUDE.
I get back to the table finally with everyone’s food. My youngest opens his Happy Meal, and his 4 pc nugget meal turns out to be a 3 pc… we didn’t say anything about this one. I open my DQP meal and the patties look like that have been run over by a steam roller (picture attached), it was cold, and my fries were cold…
Speaking with the other patrons who were there at the time, one families meal was also wrong, and again, the lady at the desk was rude. Another lady eventually asked for a refund, not because of the delay on food, but because of the lack of respect from the cashier…
Mistakes happen, but you can’t let your company’s mistakes spill over into you being downright rude to the customer. Avoid this place.

Long line at drive through no one inside so inside I went ordered a frappe at the kiosk while paying for it at the register I decided to add fries got the fries quickly and they were blan no salt no flavor! I stood there eating these tasteless fries and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get me salt ! I was almost finished by the time I made someone acknowledge my existence and give me salt stood there eating the remainder of my fries and two other people came in placed their order and received their food and I was still waiting for my frappe!! The cashier walked by and I asked her if anyone was making my frappe and she turned towards me with this smirk on her face and kinda gave me a half nod as to say yes but she was saying a whole lot more than that with her attitude and the look in her face!!! Like how dare I ask if anyone was making my drink I had only been standing there waiting for 15/29 minutes! I should have stuck to the drive threw

You wait in line for 15 minutes and no one even comes to the counter. Order ahead, and you still wait forever. Drive through may be a better option but whatever you do, don’t try to get inside service. The workers will look at you 50 times and never help. I’ve had to walk out on 3 seperate occasions.

Iced caramel coffee was watered down and bitter. No caramel flavor or sweetness at all. Fries were cold and had a bad taste, like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while.

The inside lobby was absolutely filthy, your feet stuck to the floor every step you took. The employees were pure hateful. One of the managers started screaming at a random customer for wanting a drink cup. I stood and waited for 30 minutes for a medium lemonade. The service has gotten completely out of hand, and I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.

Used the drive thru,I should have noticed only one in line! The 4 PC Chicken Strips were so over cooked,dark colored&dry.Fries were Luke warm.My 15.00 meal went to my Dogs! Come on McD’s ya gotta do better! I live close by but won’t be back!
