Though the service from the people is usually great, me and my fiancée come once a week almost because we live right down the road. everytime we do a mobile order to get through the line as fast as possible but spend almost 30 minutes in the line. At that point we feel as if we have to stay in the line because we have already paid for our food/drinks, and something is usually wrong or missing. From fries, to burgers, to sauces that I have to pay extra for. Wish it was better cause I like a fast and cheap meal.

Me and my fiance went here to grab a quick bite to eat and it turned into everything but quick they made us have to wait in front of the building because they didn’t know which parking spot to get us in which I completely understood but they came and checked to see what our order was 2 times but the second time a young man named angel came and apologized for the wait and offered us something to right the wrong so definitely wasn’t happy but glad he made it right for us! Thanks again angel!!

This establishment has one of the best crews in town, every time I drop by im welcomed with warmth from the workers and it feels me up with joy. The inside is filled with decorations and the work place is very clean. One worker named Giovanni helped me get my order and even gave me recommendations.One time a homeless guy came in and they all protected the customers. 10/10 would go again

Deplorable! It took forever to get our order out – 30 minutes for a Big Mac, three large fries and a sweet tea. The Big Mac came with a burnt burger and was missing the second burger. This place needs some serious help.

Out of the two McDonald’s franchises in Athens, this is the one I prefer to dine from. The restaurant as a whole is usually cleaner than the other one, and the staff at this location is very hospitable and accommodating to any issues that may come up with your order. A lot of customers come throughout most of the day, so it’s difficult to immediately get someone to the counter during peak times. Most of the time, the food is warm and fresh. I occasionally get cold food or fries that have probably been cooked in old grease, but it’s rare that this happens here. I wish they would keep someone at the register when crowds of people come inside, but other than that, I enjoy eating here.

It’s crazy that I did that job making $7.75 an hour in highschool, meanwhile they’re making over $11 now and too incompetent to get an order right. I ordered a double cheese plain, medium fry and 6 piece. I got a large fry, mcchicken and 2 six pieces. I pull back through because I wanted a double cheese.
The lady tells me to pull to the second window. The guy at the window (that asked me the first go around what I ordered) asked what he could help me with. And apparently asking for the plain McDouble I ordered was too much for them to comprehend. He says “yeah it was one plain and one regular” after I overheard them talking about a plain mcchicken? So cool I got extra food that is just going to be wasted. Not to mention by the time all of it was done my fries were cold. This place is a JOKE. Someone please tell me where the adults are at, because that place needs some. ☠️

Took over 30 mins to get a order i did before I even arrived. They claimed they didn’t get it but even when I did get it. It was wrong and the fries were so salty that when you touched them you had clumps of salt in your fingers.

Went in there today and ordered a filet of fish meal. Fries were hot and tasty, dr pepper was cold and refreshing but the filet of fish was a problem. I was really hungry so I thought I would take a few bites of it and finish the Fries. On my 4th bite I had to spit it out in the bag and literally started throwing up in the bag. I got out of there and continued to throw up in the parking lot. After 10 or so minutes I was fine and have been the rest of the day. First time there.
