I just went through this drive thru and got part way into my burger before before realizing it was still raw inside. When I called the restaurant they said “these things happen.” I don’t recommend this location unless you want to play food poisoning roulette.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I ordered 2 simple coffee drinks and a bottle of water and sat in a curbside spot for 15 minutes and never got my order. My husband finally walked in to check on our order and it had been sitting on the counter long enough for the whipped cream on my drink to melt. Then when I started drinking it I pulled a hair out of my mouth. Some may say “it could have been yours” but my hair was tightly pinned back. And my husband said that the floor in the lobby was so greasy that he slid and nearly fell when he walked in the door. Worst experience ever!! Just wish I could get my money back.

Stayed in line for about 45 minutes to get to ordering. Placed order for ice cream and frozen coke. By the time we were able to pay, machines were in defrost modes. Should have been told this before ordering.

Wonderful experience. Only complaint is we didn’t get syrup for my daughter’s pancakes and didn’t realize it till we had gotten down the road, but no big deal she ate them without the syrup which isn’t healthy anyways. ☺️

Big Mac tasted sour, and I tossed it in the trash after the first bite. Fries were fresh, and tea was sweeeet. The drive tru was fast and efficient.

The only time you get good service is when the older lady is working the drive thru in the mornings. The rest of the employees are rude and nasty. I hate going to this McDonald’s. The food has gotten worse and it cost way more than it ever has. Shame on you McDonald’s.
