I always order a caramel frappe with heavy caramel (up to $4 worth) and they still refuse to give it to me, even after i paid for it…I. lookig to have something done aboutit cause that is taking my money and not getting what i paid for…the workers have nasty attitude and roll they eyes and be smart to u….what i am gone do is go back and record everything then take it str8 to the media and etc. Count your says mcdonalds….and im calling the health dept. Cause why r yall like this

The drink machines in the dining area do not include the ability to dispense water. Water must be requested from the staff behind the counter. If the drink machines behind the counter also lack water dispensers, it made me wonder if the water came from the hand washing sink. They do not have trays at this location. All orders are bagged and handled as takeout with an order number system. That’s unusual for us, but I can understand why that may be beneficial for the restaurant. However, they do not have a system that displays the number for the orders that are prepared and waiting for pickup. There was a screen, but it was turned off. We must have missed it when they called our order number because we stood waiting before I finally asked someone about our order. The cashier selected a bag in the prepared area and rooted through it, dumping it on the counter to see what was in it. It was our order, so I had to load it all back into the bag. The food was prepared well, but the counter service was not good.

Pictures can speak for itself!!! Told an employee about the matter and he stated males aren’t allowed to enter the female restroom. Then, states the females don’t want to clean them, so they’re usually cleaned early in the morning. Mind blown by this to say the least mind you this is around 6-7 in the evening (Yeah). I ask for the manager she comes over immediately not asking can I help you just we are getting to it. No excuse for any restroom at any point should look like this.

Night Shift for 12/17 was awful at 7pm. Pulled my fiancé and I to the 3rd window and made us wait 20 minutes before we just came inside and they realized they forgot about us! I’ve never had this issue before with this store!

This restaurant sucks, the food took forever. The customer service was horrible there was someone at the register for over 30 minutes trying to get someone’s attention and their order taken. After 20 minutes I finally got my food and went to make my drinks. The drinks were disgusting, no carbonation in any of the drinks, they weren’t cold the machines had no ice, I don’t know why i even still come to this one. This is why I go to spring avenue. Their service is 10/10!

To the manager at this Danville rd. McDonald’s… Your company’s app malfunctioned and reverted my table top order to drive thru … You made me actually drive thru to receive my food while my truck is running on borrowed gas from my coworkers… that they managed to pull together and put in my truck to get to the hospital to see my dad who is in ICU on a ventilator and not expected to make it… WHILE the entire rest of family sits in the restaurant and eats… After just leaving the hospital from what very well may be the last time we see him …Kudos to you lady. You’re a real winner.

I used to like this McDonald’s but each new hire is worst then the last and I dont mean by experience but by attitude and rudeness. Took almost 10 minutes to take my order and was short and rude not to mention burger was cold and tossed the bag on the counter and walked off… Dont go here unless you desperate and even then just go to the chik fil a or taco bell down the road
