Do not go and eat at McDonalds in Hamilton Alabama. My mom, kids and I went in there to get something to eat and there was flies everywhere. They were all over the place, tables and chairs. The workers wasn’t doing anything about them. There was someone asleep in the booth inside. Had Cigarette butt on the table were the woman was asleep. They didn’t have the air conditioning on or it wasn’t working or something. The tables hasn’t been wiped off. I can just imagine what the kitchen part looked like if the lobby was so nasty..

So I have had numerous issues with this location but they have gotten much better about making the food fresh to order. They just forget to put things you’ve ordered in the bag occasionally but overall they have improved in my opinion.

I tried to use my app and THEIR system was not taking it. The manager on 2/8/23 asked me to pull up the code in front of her so I did and her software would not accept my coupon from the app. She told me she couldn’t comp the large fry that I was claiming and she told me if I wanted it I would have to pay for it. Ok no, that why I earned points. Get some people here that know how to do the job and definitely find a manager than does her due diligence to satisfy her customer. 0 out of 5 stars. Will not be back to this location and will spread the word.

when you walk in the restaurant it smells bad. we wanted the double cheeseburger meal deal they said they did not have that and it shouldn’t still be up there, well it IS still up there so that’s false advertisement! the restaurant is FULL of FLIES!!!! they need to do something about that.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. Just pathetic. My husband and myself walk inside tonight to eat. We walked up to the register to order. 3 different employees turned, looked at us standing there waiting to order, all 3 employees looked at us turned around and kept doing what they were doing. Never said a word, not a single word to us. We were just basically ignored. Very rude, very unprofessional and just pathetic for a place of business for the employees to be rude to costumers by ignoring them for 5 minutes. We turned and walked out the door and went to Burger King. Will never do business at this McDonalds restaurant again.
