Fayette McDonald’s is always super nice and accommodating to people. They give seniors discounts, they give a side of free grits with breakfast, they are very sweet to kids, and when things dont go right with a purchase or an order they are quick to refund you or give you some other sort of consolation like a free drink or discount. And, their restaurant is ALWAYS clean. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you McDonald’s for being a great place for our community to come eat and hang out.

Everything was great. Until I got down the road !!! This Mcdonalds is located off a highway. Once I got down the road and opened my cheeseburgers- they were soaked in ketchup. Like so much ketchup I couldn’t eat it. Normally I would return it but because I was down on the highway I just chose to eat the expense and had to stop somewhere else to eat again.

I haven’t been to our McDonald’s in Fayette for a long time due to my order being messed up or not right each time ,today I decided to give it another try and checking my order at the window because of prior incidents, it was wrong my 2 burgers were wrong ,they asked me to pull up and they would have the replacements out to me right away after the 8th car passed me along with 12 minutes ,I got out and went in and no one.knew about me sitting there the last 12 minutes , she then tells them what I’m waiting on two hamburgers mustard mayo and pickles only, when she brings it to me I leave without checking it , just assuming after all of this surely it’s right, I get home to open them to ketchup pickles and onions! This is the very reason I stopped coming to begin with, I know it’s only one order, but, figure that up daily,and 2 to 5 peoples at a time when I have my grands, and the loss could be significant!

I wish I lived near this McDonald’s. The food and service was awesome. My food was fresh, and I haven’t gotten that from any other McDonald’s. Will definitely stop in again when passing through.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, the General Manager was working the desk. Was racist towards white people and very rude. Wouldn’t let us buy water from the coke machine and charged us $3 for a xs cup then put “coke” on my receipt. I asked why and she raised her tone and said she wouldn’t sell us water even though they had it…seriously needs a new manager.

I visited the Fayette AL location today just a little after 3pm. I had a mobile order which I tend to use when I visit. Usually I give the code found in the app and the cashier confirms my order and I pull forward. Today I was in formed that I need to check in and the code was not sufficient. I asked how I check in to which the cashier replied I do not know we don’t know anything about the app. I did not appreciate the tone of her response so I left the drive thru, parked and went inside. I explained what happened to the cashier at the counter and began to switch my order from drive thru to counter. While waiting I could hear the drive thru cashier explain to the manager with the same tone that she spoke to me in her side of the encounter. Somehow my order appeared when I switched it from drive thru to the counter. When I received it everything was hot and fresh.
My only issue with this visit was the disrespectful tone of the cashier and her lack of knowledge to resolve my issue. If your company uses and app that secures payment for orders there should be no reason that a customer can’t get the food that they have already paid for. I have never had Chicfila tell me you cant get your food because you don’t know how to work the app.
Hoping for a better experience next time. Thank you to the counter cashier and manager on duty for salvaging my experience.

The to go line moves fast on certain days. Some cashiers are nice others yiu can tell you are bothering them by ordering something extra or make you feel like you should have picked somewhere else to eat at. I eat there normally 2-3x a week. Never know which atmosphere it will be until it’s too late to realized it’s the wrong time of day food is always on key though.
