One of the few 24 hours restaurant in Northport. Great for those who start early morning. Traffic control is hit or miss. Having two lanes does NOT mean faster service. Just means more lanes to wait. Parking is available but difficult due to double lanes. Customers can be blocked in a parking spot for awhile. Most of the employees I run across are young but are mostly nice.
Ordering is hit or miss due to the dual lanes and customers cars cutting each other off. I ordered a peppermint mocha. He rang it up on screen as large frappe. When I verified, he backtracked and said they were out of peppermint. I would have given a lower star, but the cashier was extremely young and polite. She went above and asked around to see if they were truly out. Extra two stars in Service just for that.

This is the location near my house and we go here when we need to grab a quick meal. Every time we go at night I am left waiting no less than 45 minutes, then im handed a COLD bag of food. This has been on numerous occasions. They Definitely need new management. I leave disappointed and angry every time I have to stop here. Ive started going to Wendy’s and I dont even like Wendy’s. There is nothing FAST about this place and your FOOD is going to be cold and incorrect.

If you like snoody people that get an attitude quickly, then this is your place for dinning in or drive through. All though the drive through is the way to go, but be sure and check your order before you leave the window. I’d bet you it’s not right especially if it’s late evening.

AND yall gave me spicy buffalo sauce when i asked for honey mustard.. ANDDD the fries were NOT salty!!!! AND the ice tray of the soda fountain had food PARTICLES in it…ALSO food AND trash on the floor and near the drinks…

This location is always a last resort for me but I for sure won’t be back. Service is slow, night shift employees are rude, and food is hit or miss (mostly miss).
There were two lanes open for drive through, y’all put the cones up BEHIND my car in the outside lane (joking that you should put the cones up in front of my car) and take the order for the car in front of me. Make me wait even longer while the inside lane builds up and then tell me on the mic that the lane is closed and I’d need to pull around and go to the inside lane? Nope.

if i could do 0/1000000 , i would. I had two uber orders and was told to pull to window.. after waiting 45 minutes the workers told me that i need to cancel the order cause it will take 40 more minutes for them to work on my uber order… even though i was already at the window? the worst spot to go to at night time it’s no sense of urgency at all & they laugh that they playing with your money

Can’t stand this place. Takes to long to get food and it’s because the workers are lazy and to busy playing. The owners never get there employees in line, no matter how many complaints there are either.

Unsafe and sketchy place…their doors were already locked at 9 pm, and panhandlers walking around asking for money and a ride somewhere…then they walked straight to the Econo Lodge behind McDonald’s. Won’t go back to that one.

Today, I brought my daughter to play on the play ground and eat. Service is the worst! Took 10 minutes for them to stop chatting in the back about mugshots to come and give me my cups for our drinks, food came out pretty quickly but I had a strawberry banana smoothie and I didn’t get it when I asked for it they gave a Pineapple mango…. Glad I like both and very glad I’m not allergic since they obviously can’t even listen correctly
