Go to the outside drive through lane and watch 5 other cars get their order taken before I’m acknowledged. Order a happy meal and chicken nuggets, still had to go sit and wait in a parking spot for 10 mins. What is the point of the drive through if I can’t just drive through and get some food.

I waited 38 mins in line and ordered on the app. Which charged my CC. I get to the first window, they confirm my order. Get to the pick up window. No record. Employees are rude and not helpful. I didn’t get my food so I leave. Still, no refund! So, I call and they say it’s my fault. Of course it is. Owners should ride by a chic filet some time because they let this place run this way. I know I drop 1k a month at this place but I’m DONE! You are the WORST McDonald’s on the planet! My advice to you. ANYONE working today should be the terrminated immediately or put on a professional development plan with direct supervision ONLY.

This is the only breakfast option I have on my way to work. Biscuits are always hard. Never fresh, soft or moist.

I dont like how they treat the teenagers who work here. The General Manager is inappropriate with how he speaks to minors. My daughter was on the phone with her sister whom was working and heard how the Manager talked to her 17 year old little sister. This is why people hate the fast food industry. They expect more pay, but the service is TERRIBLE.

This McDonald’s location is very nice, I like how organized and clean it was with plenty different seating areas outside and inside. The food is very good i’ve been to many McDonald’s locations but this one makes the best Quarter Pownder Meal. The service was very fast and staff were nice.

I’ve forgotten to respond to so many texts. Sometimes it’s intentional. I’m busy, I don’t want to talk to that person, or I’m trying to find the perfect reply. When McDonald’s only put 3 McNuggets in my friend’s 4 piece McNugget meal, it felt like an unanswered text. At first I assumed they forgot, but that seemed like something pretty big to forget. It’s 25% of the meal. Then I started to think, were they too busy to add one more McNugget to the order? Or was it more personal than that? Was it something my friend and I did that made them decide they don’t like us. So they purposely only gave us 3. Or was is the opposite, they wanted to make it perfect for us. They may have took a lot of time and care in picking out 3 McNuggets. When they were searching for the fourth, they simply couldn’t find one that lived up to the standard of the previous three. Their perfection got in the way of completing the order.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll ever know why my friend only got 3 McNuggets that day. What I do know is that I’m going to respond to every text in a timely manner so other people don’t have to go through the conundrum I did.

Ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. No Mayo, and it was actually right. Said, thank you very much after waiting for it to be brought out. It was delivered by a Non Verbal. Other than that, it was the Greatest Burger I have ever gotten at a McDonald’s EVER!. Fresh, flavorful, seasoned, with handcut onion and perfect amount of condiments.
Definitely worth a visit to this location and thank you again to the hard working staff. Even tired a “You’re Welcome” or “Thank You” should be achievable… and I honestly think it was a Supervisor not Working Staff at that. Hey, everybody has bad days!
Anyway That Burger would rival any Burger from any upscale dine in only restaurant around.
