This McDonald’s was a great experience. My food came out fast, everything was fresh, and the service was friendly and professional. The staff was efficient and made the visit quick and easy. Overall, this is definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to, and I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.

Yesterday I posted about a McDonald’s in East Texas that my wife said was the prettiest and best McDonald’s she’s ever seen. This was the opposite of that. Bathroom is dirty. Services slow. And largely inattentive. There was one very sweet woman who we said hi to. She was the sole redeeming feature of this visit.

We waited 30 minutes for our food, after order was placed. I inquired about our food and was told they were waiting on the chicken wraps. (Big Mac meal, Chicken Wrap meal, and. McChicken sandwich). Then waited 10 more minutes. When we received our food it was cold!!!!! Had to ask for our drink cups and ketchup. Ketchup! Received 3 packs. Helloooo…. Two meals with fries. Also, while we waited in our food the workers were talking and cutting up among themselves… when they should have been working on food orders. Very disgusted with the service and quality of food. Store # 33547 Livingston AL. Next time…. I’ll stop across the road and eat at Burger King!!!

I hate to post negatively but, I waited forever to get to the register. The cashier leaned against the counter having very long conversations with two different people. Waited over 8 min for small fries and a coffee. Fries were barely warm. There were plenty of worker bees but no one had a pep in their step.
Come on McDonald’s…….You can do better.

Where y’all I tell you fast food at its finest:-( all I really wanted was sweet tea. They said they were out of sweet tea so I sat there for a second and I said okay I’ll just settle for a diet Coke. She says pull up to the window so I do I sit there for 5 minutes waiting on the other patrons to move forward as we move forward I get to the second window. The first person that was at the window did not even acknowledge me but decided to waddle off into the opposite direction and I noticed that I did not even have my diet coke poured yet. Then came along the manager and she said what did you order and I said I had the diet coke because y’all are out of sweet tea and I said can I please add a bottle of water to that as well. She said no not from this terminal that’s why I told you to go to the first window I understood that she was frustrated and she also said that they were short-staffed. Well I work in the restaurant world as well and yes we’re understaffed as well but we don’t allow someone to go without the items that we serve. Sadly to say I will never go back to this location anymore. The owners need to contact me to see about possible sweet tea shortage and obviously worker shortage. They probably won’t contact me though it is what it is. Customer service is nowhere near what it used to be. Sad sad Little world

This McDonald’s was dirty and no sweet tea in the lobby or in the back in the drive-through. The employees was treating their job as if they were just hanging out with their friends. No one was actually working. They were on their phone most of the time and overall rude and just a poor experience altogether, we went at 5:25pm (dec 12 2025)

The attitude of the employees was terrible. The hamburgers were cold as were the fries. One of the hamburgers did not have any type of dressing on it, so it was very dry. I paid too much for this to have bad food and employees act as if I am bothering them to ask for ketchup. I won’t be back.
