Went through the drive through at this location as it was on my way to my next job site and I was in a hurry and hungry. Watched 4 cars go through the other line after they asked me to hold on a minute. Went across the street to Hardys and was served very quickly. Harry’s for the win!!

If I could give no stars at all that’s what it would be. Customer service is terrible and they don’t even greet you when you walk in. There were several employees standing upfront and I was standing there for at least 2 mins before being acknowledged. My order was completely wrong. Ordered a steak egg and cheese combo and the gave me bacon with only 1 piece of bacon. My begal sandwich was cold and looked very sad. Combos come with a hasbrown well there was no hasbrown present. Asked for a large iced macchiato and it looked like they gave me medium. I was informed that the cup they gave me was correct. They don’t seem to know what size their macchiatos come in because just yesterday I ordered the same thing and the cup was much larger. I order the Macchiatos all the time and they are always in larger cups. No one apologized not even attempted to correct my order didn’t even ask if I wanted something different… but I called to speak with management and they never answer the phone. This has to be the WORST McDonald’s in town. Customer service high is top tier AWFUL!!! The manager should of be informed and very involved and he or she absolutely was not. Terrible terrible service.

I experienced poor customer service during my visit. The employee at the window was leaning over and focused on his phone and did not acknowledge me for over a minute. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing and unprofessional. This reflects a lack of proper hiring and training standards. I suggest going to another McDonald’s location, as this one does not meet basic customer service standards.

Employees refuse to do their jobs; refuse to take orders, refuse to have the lobby open if they feel slightly busy, and extremely rude and unprofessional. One time I was in the lobby ordering and this big man started yelling and cussing in front of children because I’m assuming someone called out of work and they were gonna close the lobby because of that, looking at us like we’re the problem and deserve the verbal abuse.

If no stars were possible I would do that. The management is horrible, along with the food, and customer service. I have had to many orders be messed up at this location along with rude workers who refuse to do their job.

i would so give this location zero stars.
i ordered two smoothies and two hotcakes at 10:18 on a mobile order. still breakfast time. any other time i’ve ordered before breakfast or close to it ending, i was still given my food. this one girl told me they took it off and i wasn’t getting it because it was lunch time but i ordered it before lunch?? and haven’t gotten refunded the money for it either.
also to add, not once was i asked “how are you” or told “have a good day.” this isn’t the first issue i’ve had with this specific mcdonald’s or their workers who seem miserable or simply don’t want to do their jobs.

I ordered 2 McDoubles, one daily double, and a chicken sandwich. We got what is pictured below. The staff yelled and acted like I was interrupting them when I asked if my order was ready. The staff was cussing at eachother about an argument regarding scheduling. I have worked fast food, but that’s a poor excuse for food and service. One burger is even missing meat, it’s just sad. The app will not let us process for a refund, I would like to be contacted.

The employees were rude and short with me, because THEY forgot to put everything in the bag, we always do mobile, so they can see the order not just hear it. When we got home we were still missing items, but due to the service we received the first time and our family being hungry we did not return. But very disappointed with this location, a 20 min wait time in the drive thru for the order to still be incorrect and incomplete is unacceptable.

Customer service is the worst. All they worry about is the drive thru that is wrapped around the building. 12 min i stood at the counter. One employee asked if I needed to order, I replied yes.. and that was the last I seen of anyone. Ended up walking out.
