Sorry employees working at this location. I waited an hour for a smoothie that I never received. Two of my dashers arrived to get the smoothie and I never received it. The dashers left both times without communicating with me. I will not be using door dash anymore and this location will never get my money again.

Lazy workers. Set in the drive threw with nobody talking to me, pull up to the window where a bigger lady just out her hand to her throat and was basically saying we ain’t taking orders, never came to talk to me.. I’m a door dasher btw.. so my order was in another lady proceed to mouth to me to come inside. Which I had been told by a McDonald’s worker that the lobby was closed . He lied, then when I came in the same bigger lady tried to tell me something but the other lady cut her off by saying he’s with DoorDash.. the cleaning guy outside said they was short staffed. But the bigger lady came and set in the dining room instead of tryna help where she could terrible service and wait time and I set in the drive for 5-10 mins before anybody would talk to me

Close this RAGGEDY McDonald’s down right now. Night shift at 8:45pm on February 25 sold me a big Mac that was so burnt that the burger struck to the size of a mini cookie. The big dike refuse to remake it fries was hard and old. They are all LAZYYYYYYY. PLEASEEEE CLOSE AND NEVER OPEN BACK UP

This would be what I consider the WORST McDonald’s that I ever been to. The food quality is extremely poor and the management is horrible. I told the store manager about my experience and she called me a ( dumb cracker) which I never in all my days of living recieved such a bad experience and I just left a without them even replacing my order or not even a refund. This place & the management is awful. Im definitely not a racist but clearly she was with such words. Don’t Go save yourself!!!

The store manager is awful. I will never spend money here again. These people are rude & disrespectful and the audacity to steal my money. They gave me cold food and ddnt want to remake it. The manager called me out of my name which was beyond me because I’m sure in her training videos that’s something she shouldn’t be doing! I know the economy is bad but they need to get rid of that manager she is a disgusting face for the company. Quality is everything and customer service is to. Worst place to ever try to get food when I ordered my meal I ordered it no onions waited 30 minutes just to get the food they messed up the order when I told the lady it was supposed to have no onions and showed the receipt she told me that I was a waste of her time and that she was not replacing the order I told her that I had an onion allergy she said that she did not care and that I needed to leave before her and her employees did something to me

I ordered 1 cheeseburger for my 2 year old, a mobile order. First I get there and they didn’t see my order had to go get my phone. Mind you they aren’t busy I get my baby sandwich and it’s full of mustard!!!! Take it back and the second sandwich had even more mustard no ketchup and 1 pickle!!!! I just gave it back to them and walked away!!!! I’ll never go back and I can stamp that!!!!!
