I waited approximately 30 minutes for my order, which was a double quarter pounder meal. Unfortunately, once I received my food, I discovered that the sandwich was raw and not properly cooked. Given the wait time, this was especially disappointing and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I was also in a rush to return to work and was unable to come back to the restaurant to notify staff of the issue at the time. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both quality control and service for future customers.

I have given this McDonald’s chance after chance after chance, today was the final straw. Every Sunday before church we get food. Order a good 30 minutes before we leave the house, and they still do not have it ready. I still have to wait a good 20 minutes. Today ordered food through the drive thru and they didn’t have the order verified the address (rudely) yes correct place. Went inside still couldn’t find the order. After 20 minutes of searching they finally said “oh we’ll just fill it.” Fine. Then calls the order don’t have a receipt so don’t know the number have to go ask and they catch attitude.
So I highly recommend not going to this McDonald’s. Never really review fast food places but this on is just unreal. They acted like I was being super hard. The order was very simple.

McDonald’s has been serving food for 70 years, yet this location acts like they’ve never seen a French fry. Mobile order – 40 minutes. 10+ employees in the back looking busy while actually doing nothing. If I was the franchise owner of this location, I’d just burn it to the ground and sell the property. It would be more profitable.

What a bunch of miserable people working here. Customer service is horrible. I know you’re McDonald’s and you’re trying to keep your average reviews at 3 stars and pretty much a monopoly. People are coming anyways so yall don’t care about customer service. How about using some of your billions that you make and bump the managers pay so they can properly manager the restaurant and make sure the lazy miserable employees do something or hold them accountable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food is cold. Frappe is melted and waited 10 mins. Seen it being made or bagged and it sat behind the counter so long she’s like, i don’t know who’s this is. I said It’s mine if you would have set it up on the counter 10 mins ago it wouldn’t have been melted and I wouldn’t be late for work now and my food would actually be hot but instead you were on your phone and more worried about personal conversations instead of doing your job. I get to work and don’t even have what I ordered! Half of them are high and none of them care but all these places want $15 an hour

Firstly, I called before making this review. However, per usual no one answered the phone. Additionally, our order was wrong. Lg size order and received medium. I would appreciate it if I received what I paid for. Lastly, a long black hair was under my chicken nuggets after I was almost done eating my food. This is absolutely disgusting. I’m truly very upset about this.

First of all, the service is horrible, so is the food. On October 25th I was at the drive thru window which they were crowded, hence my asking for freshly cooked fries and freshly cooked nuggets would be worth the wait. Why not it’s my money and I paid for fresh cooked food. This is the second time I asked for fresh food and get my food it’s old and stale. Then when I call back to complain they never answered the phone. I don’t know who manages this particular McDonald but you need to seriously get your store in order. Even though this McDonald’s is 0.4 miles from my house I will never spend another dime there. I will drive to the vestavia store where every single time I’ve been there my food was fresh .

Walked into the women’s bathroom and there was vomit everywhere, Told the workers and they said someone was suppose to pick it up. My husband went to the men’s bathroom and it was just as trashed. Would not recommend eating or using their bathroom! The floors are disgusting.

Staff harassed me because my service dog wasn’t marked as a service dog while I was just there for less than 5 minutes for a coffee I’d already ordered in app. I tried to explain no service dogs aren’t required to be marked per the Federal ADA laws over and over and I did answer the only 2 questions they can ask “is that a service dog” “yes” (they did not ask this second question yet I still offered the information) “what task is it trained to do?” “medical Alerts” they illegally asked for fake service dog registration paperwork (I say fake because as I told them there is no federal registry so any paperwork is fake) they kept saying they have patches just next time have him wear them 1. The ADA laws explicitly say I do not have to 2. (As I informed them) Anyone can buy those patches on Amazon including fake service dog handlers. They would not let this go mind you my dog never once bothered anyone or acted out in anyway and even performed a task on command (due to my anxiety of being harassed I had him perform deep pressure therapy for a moment to help me self regulate and calm. This location obviously missed the part of employee training that tells employees how to handle service dogs and willingly violated federal law over and over and over despite me telling them they were doing so. This location needs a service dog March and a lawsuit then some new employees who actually know what they are doing since my vanilla latte came out plain to boot
