Ordered the steak bagel meal and was told to pull to third window because they had to cook some hash-browns. Waited 13 minutes and they never came to the window. I went back through the line and they told me they forgot about me. They handed me my food and the hash-brown was cold and old. My steak bagel was cold and burnt. Will not be back to this pathetic place.

My daughter call inn an order. I went in to pick it up. I went to the delivery line, it was busy. My order wad not they and was told to go to the normal line. Went there, no one was in line and the girl behind the counter wa free (Standing around doing nothing). Show her my order that was place on line and she refused to help me. Said it was i drive thru order. There was 10 to 15 cars outside. I told her if she can’t help me then refund the money and I will go somewhere else. She refuses again. I asked to speak to s manager. The manager came looked at my order, thru some food in the bag. I thanked her and looked thru the bag. It looked right but, it wasn’t. Gave my daughter her order. She said fries were missing and burgers was not made to order. She had to go back up to return burgers and get fries.

The food there is always trash. The hamburger meat always tastes old and the fries are under cooked. Just close it down or hire better workers. I don’t think I’ll spend another dollar there. Even the drinks are bad.

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in quite some time so I wanted to get up early for breakfast. I got to this location around 7:40am this morning before work amd ordered on the kiosk. Ticket didnt print from the kiosk and judging by how long i was there (Almost an hour) the ticket didnt print in the back. I was asked about my order probably 10mins after another 30 to 40 mins went by before anything was said about it again. The manager tried to act as if she didnt see me standing there that entire time im very and extremely hard to miss had it not been for the young lady working so diligently to help I would probably still be there. Also I was about 30 mins late for work.

I ordered a quarter pounder which is SUPPOSED to be cooked to order this one clearly was not!!!!! It was ICE COLD not even warm and the bun was hard. I would guess this sandwich was at least 2 hrs old!! The cheese wasn’t even melted in the slightest way.. the grease on the burger had even solidified!!! Just horrible!!!!
When I tried to call to complain the phone was busy for hours I assume they took it off the hook. I will be contacting the district and regional managers as this is extremely poor food service being a manager for McDonald’s in the pass there is no way I would allow this type of behavior to continue in my store.

Second time went through drive through paced order different price then the one I see on menu board outside then tell me they don’t have receipts. And also the first time they gave me plain carbonated water instead of sprite

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jaime at McDonald’s for her outstanding customer service! I came in for a frappe, and she kindly suggested I try the spicy chicken wrap. I don’t usually switch things up, but I’m so glad I did—it was actually delicious! Jaime was warm, professional, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The service was fast, the lobby was clean, and the atmosphere felt genuinely friendly. It’s rare to meet someone who makes a simple visit so positive. I’ll definitely be back, thanks to her! Jaime is a true asset to the team.
