Rude employees that mumble. You say thank you and the drive thru window shuts without even a second thought. They are always having tech issues. Exact cash or card only. A billion dollar company and you can’t get your register to work and have to use calculators? And who doesn’t have Dr. pepper??? Need to teach them how to actually be in customer service. I know they are tired. I myself am in customer service but I gotta take it till that open light shuts off. Need training in speaking clearly, look like they actually are grateful to have a job, and have some humanity by acknowledging the customer, me, always saying thank you, appreciate it, no worries, etc etc. instead of listening to it like I owe it to them. Need overhaul ok drive thru staff. Don’t even want to know what in lobby is like and I don’t care too because of just seeing how miserable they are at the drive thru. Training in customer service, SPEAKING CLEARLY, and not just robotic antics, but robots with rudeness installed on the side…FAKE IT TILL U MAKE IT EMPLOYEES OF THIS SPOT!!!

Extremely slow, unattentive. I have been here 4 times over the last 3 months and I am stupid for returning. But each time it takes about 10-12 minutes to get someone to come on over the speaker just to even take your order. I have also been told on two of those occasions that they were closed at 9pm, with both workers sitting outside taking a break on the curb out front. when they say they are open 24 hours online. Every time my order is wrong or not made right. If I was the manager here or owner I genuinely would try to turn things around.

I went to this location to get breakfast this morning. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. Then someone went to the other drive thru beside me, this person was served promptly. No one ever came on the speaker to say hello or can I take your order, or even I will be with you in just a moment. I finally asked if someone could take my order but was still ignored.

One of the crappiest double cheese burgers me and my husband have had. Ordered on the app while in the parking lot, one double with extra pickles and onions the other with extra pickles no onions and mayo. The one with extra onion had almost none and two pickles as standard, my husbands had no mayo extra pickles and no onions so he was just missing mayo, cheese on both burgers almost cold and buns flat like they’ve been pressed down hard. Only two items a simple order.

I went to this McDonald’s on Sunday, December 28, 2025 Around 11:06 PM to get something to eat and they told me they were close but it says 24 hours. They always do this when people wants some to eat at night they never want to work or take orders. They close down early Multiple cars pull up to the drive-through and wait for 10-15 minutes and pull off the service is Unacceptable

I usually get good service here but a couple weeks ago I placed a breakfast order on my mobile and they couldn’t find it. I was told to order it again and was like I’m not paying for it twice. I went out with my app showing I paid, what was ordered and that it was the correct store. I left with no food and no refund. I went online submitted feedback. No call as I was told in the email. No refund.

I ordered lunch for my son and I, when I went through the drive-thru I gave my order number and the lady told me I was good to move up. When I got to the next window the lady at the window could not find my order and told me to just drive up then closed the window on me so I moved to the next window they also could not find my order. I described it to them they proceeded to tell me that I did not pay for my food, I showed them the receipt on my phone. The worker took my phone to verify my order, when she gave me my phone back she proceeded to tell me that I didn’t pay but gave me a bag of food anyway then I had to wait for my drinks. I had forgotten about my happy meal and ended up having to drive back to the store. Once inside it was more waiting and arguing. 0/10 would not recommend this location!

Ordered from the drive through. orderd a quarter pounder, a mcrispy a hot honey chicken sandwich and a 10 peice mcnugget did not receive one of the sandwiches. Went back to the store they took the old food back upon request due to it getting cold and they remade the order and then did not give us the chicken nuggets. But gave us the dipping sauce. What is going on. I worked in fast food for several years I understand mistakes happen but everytime I come here there’s always food missing. So I have to wonder where exactly is that food going? And why can these people not seem to understand how to do their jobs.

Literally the most useless McDonald’s I’ve ever been too in my life. They always leave out sauces and when that doesn’t happen I’m missing like half of my order that I paid for. Not to mention I had an online order for breakfast and I got there at 10:00 a.m. on the dot, and they literally made me cancel the order because they “weren’t serving breakfast anymore”. Like come on just a complete lack of anything good in this world…
