Anytime I’ve ever came to this location. The customer service was terrible and I mean terrible. I always have to wait 10 minutes to get my order taken and another 10 to 15 minutes to receive my order that’s even coming through the drive-through you guys need to get new management house needs to be completely cleaned or shut the location down. This is unacceptable.

This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst based upon the customer service alone! One example is how the employees will have you pull to the front door if your food’s not quite ready…. only to have you wait forever! When you do finally get your order, not only do they not apologize; but they never ever smile while serving you, never greet you, nor thank you!

Need more employees and as always the frappe machine was not working. And they don’t put up signs saying if something is not available you find out after you have already ran your card and paid if you get a refund instead of substituting for something close to the same price, you have to wait 45min. I am still waiting for a refund of close to $10 that was supposed to go back to my card from last summer (2025).

I ordered via the mobile app to be picked up inside the door was locked. I pulled to the speaker they couldn’t find the order. Final I was told to pull to the second window, the manager came to the window no greeting telling the that I only had 1 sandwich. I read off my mobile order she shut the window and reappeared 5 minutes later aggressively handing me the food and drinks no greeting no thank you.
The food was cold, hash browns cold and greasy coffee no cream or sugar.
What a waste of time and $24.

The dining area is never open after 5pm. Doordashers have been sitting in drive through lines making the lines even longer. The service is horrible can’t lie. I’m in disbelief how Everytime you arrive here there is an issue. Food is not good to be waiting over 20 min for McDonald’s.
10.26 they still haven’t got no better yall. I’ve waited 30 minutes for a Mocha. I ordered online as well for it to be ready.

I ordered through my mobile app, which wasn’t a problem came through the line to get my food was given the wrong size drink and went inside to get it corrected. Was not acknowledge for over 15 minutes then when one of the crew members called the manager Clarence to let him know people were on the front and had a problem. He had a very bad attitude and something like that will cause a person to not wanna come back to the store and spend their money. This is the second time I have had an issue.

etting customers know. The manager’s attitudes reflects their employees. For instance, after making a breakfast order on the app at 10:09 AM and only being told to “hold on,” I waited at least 20 min only for the guy to finally come back to the mic and tell me that they were only serving lunch with a list of what they had. Even though I had proof of the time I ordered, the female manager argued me down saying that I ordered at 10:33. They never apologized for THEM not having the food and this isn’t the first time it happened. Yet they have bad attitudes the customers as if it was my fault that the didn’t have my food. Tonight my sister made an app order only for them to tell her they only had nuggets. I could go on and on about this location and them constantly telling their customers basically what they have available for the day, but I made my point. They’re making a bad name for this location and a few other blk owned locations. Poor training from the head makes a ridiculous body. I do not recommend thus m this McDonald’s!

This store is horrible, the store never opens on time and the person is rude, I placed a mobile order at 6:15am and the person comes to the window, we not open yet, I ask so what time do you open, I place a mobile order, she states you need to cancel cause we not open yet. I come to this location for coffee everyday, because it’s convenient for me. So now I have to keep calling because they won’t answer to phone to try and get the order canceled. Y’all need to shut that location down

It’s NOT a place to eat INSIDE unless you feel like being bothered by young men asking for food and/or money.
Safer to use drive through.

Today was my first visit to this location since their renovation. The building looks amazing, the speaker staff was pleasant. I ordered the Big Breakfast w/hotcakes. The “egg(s)” was almost nonexistent, the biscuit was old and HARD! I previously stopped going to this location because of employee attitudes and something NOT being available. I’m really tired of paying for inadequate food and service.
