We waited for like 29 mins to get our food and the food was cold never eating there again how hard is it to make one of the cheapest things on the menu but the service was great but the food tasted like the window person cooked it

A few weeks ago, my mother and I visited this location. We ordered simple — 2 kids meals (1 w nuggets, the other a hamburger), 1 mcChicken, 1 Diet Coke & 1 caramel frappe. We notice the car in front of us got a frappe, which could have very well been theirs but it was also like 4pm, so ‍♀️ We get to the window and they hand us two kids meal… both were hamburgers. We tell the employee and she rudely said “HUH” as we were trying to tell her the order was wrong, not to mention she had air pods in both of her ears. She proceeded to go ahead and hand us our drinks for the kids meal. (One with sprite, the other with sweet tea) she hands us two half empty sweet teas with absolutely zero ice in either drink. We tell her again, this was wrong and she rudely asks “HUH” again while giving more attitude this time. She says “that’s not why it says on my screen. You ordered sweet teas” at this point we are already getting agitated just bc of her personality and rudeness. She then hands us the Diet Coke that goes with the mcChicken and once again, it had no ice in it. My mom asked for a cup of ice and the lady huffed and shut the window. She then comes back with our ice & goes to shut the window ago. My mom says “we have a caramel frappe that we haven’t received yet” the lady ROLLS HER EYES & goes to make the frappe. Another worker (who was trying to correct the issues) came over to her and asked why she had not taken care of the next guests, the lady who was handling us yells “every time I go to that window she’s asking…..” and she notices us staring at her bc she didn’t close the window all the way. the other lady immediately apologized & we went on our way.

Tonight, my husband, child & myself found ourselves back in this restaurant only bc jemison doesn’t have a lot to choose from and we were just trying to get home. We order our food, pay and get up to the window where they tell us to pull forward bc they’re waiting on fries. We pull up, no big deal. 20 minutes go by and at this point, MULTIPLE people behind us have been getting their food. I end up going inside and hand them my ticket (amongst 3 other very upset customers) and tell them we haven’t received our food and have been waiting for 20 minutes. They take my receipt & are completely clueless. I didn’t hear more until about 10 minutes later, a guy comes up to me and says “We’re working on your order, can you pull to #1? we will bring it out as soon as we get it ready” at this point, I’ve heard them goofing off in the back, one worker flirting with some guy who she had his phone & he was requesting it back and one younger worker who had a smart mouth and was talking to other customers. I said “no, I absolutely am not moving to another spot to wait on my food. I’ve been here for 30+ minutes now and I will stand here until my food is put in my hand” they just walk away. About 5 minutes later, they hand me my food & start walking off… I tell the lady “just wait right here & let me check and make sure everything is correct before you walk off” I check the bag & ALL OF OUR FRIES WERE MISSING. I tell the lady and she just shrugs it off. I said “my fries are not in this bag and this was the whole issue the very first time we were told to wait” she asks (rudely) what size fries I’m missing, AS SHES HOLDING MY RECEIPT IN HER HAND, “I said, 2 large fries, you literally have the receipt in your hand” and she just turns, throws some fries in the bag and roughly gives them to me. Not a single apology from one worker there all night. I go to walk out and the young girl who was working the cash register YELLS “YOU HAVE A GOOD NIGHT” very sarcastically.

All of this is to say, this place is a complete JOKE for a business & most, if not ALL, of them employes there need to be fired. These employees are lazy, and sloppy. I have never witnessed such a bad atmosphere in any fast food chain I’ve been in like this Mcdonlds. These doors need to be shut immediately or an entire NEW staff needs to hired & trained on what not to do from the former employees.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, it seems that it’s a problem either my food ain’t fresh or they act like they don’t know what they’re supposed to do up in there. I work at a fast food restaurant and it’s a shame that every time when I come up here Half of the time, I feel be not all the way done cooked or I spend a lot of money and they don’t smile or nothing. They have attitudes and they when you tell them that something is wrong. They want to get mad with you. The manager is up in there when you get cocky with you This McDonald’s down here in Jemison need too close

Worst experience ever! The entire order was cold & tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile. Attempted to call several times & explain the issue; however, no one answered. Don’t go to this McDonald’s, you’ll be wasting your hard earned money. This store needs major improvements & better management ASAP…..Very disappointed.

Good morning,
Total I went thru the Drive-thru and ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and 2 hashbrowns. I paid and pulled up to the window and the very nice young lady asked me to pull up because my eggs were cooking. I received my food and came straight to work, we both took one bite of our McMuffin and guess what….no egg. I called and no one answer (Jemison location) Finally I just drove back there and asked to talk to the manager but she wasn’t present at the moment so I talked with the girl at the front. I did received my eggs and as I was going to my car another lady was going in they forgot her steak.
I did run into the manager outside and I told her what had happen and she did apologize and told me the phone was not working.
Also, partly my fault, but I was not given a receipt or even offer if I wanted it.

This location is constantly understaffed. It’s very common to walk in and stand at the front counter for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. (A simple “we’ll be with you in a minute” goes a long way.) The few staff members they do have in the building routinely seem overwhelmed and demoralized because of the demands on them.
It also always seems to be dirty. The floors constantly feel sticky, tables are hardly ever wiped, and there’s to routinely visible trash on the floors in the kitchen and bagging areas.
The one positive is that when you do get your food it is usually hot and good. Unfortunately that is enough to keep my young kids requesting we order from here. Without many other fast food dining options in the area I guess we get what we get.

McDonald’s trying to make up for the $1 fry deal. Now it’s $1.39 with purchase and they don’t even fill up the box. Not even one fry in the bottom of the bag either. Imagine if paid regular $5 and getting this fry

I went to drive thru at 6:30 this morning no answer. I drove around building and came back. Someone said please hold and then never came back. I left. That evening I ordered a burger and tea. I then got very ill. Diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Can’t even keep liquids down. I stopped eating here because night shift service is horrible! Im never coming back! Please don’t eat here something is unsanitary.

2nd time going in 2 weeks. Fries were warmish, nuggets were cold. Ice cream is grainy and not smooth, as if it were made with water. The hot fudge wasn’t hot, and it came from a tiny pump. Service was poor, no manners. I’ve been in restaurants for many years, and this restaurant needs better FOH training. If I were a secret shopper, they would’ve failed everything except SOS. The speed of service was decent, but they really need to improve order quality and guest experiences. And if management doesn’t care, then the crew won’t either.
