We waited for at least 25 minutes before we got our order. 3 more people came after us all left before us. There was no greeting or anything just people making eye contact and saying nothing. I totally understand being busy, I get that but if you walking around seeing the same two people at the counter please at least acknowledge them and ask can you help them. Part of the job is literally customer service. Actually start servicing your customers.

Good service. Stopped here on my way to Birmingham. Friendly service. I got the steak, egg and cheese bagel. I was surprised as to how big it was. It was given to me hot and fresh.

Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonald’s. Drove here from a 15 hour flight at around 11pm. Only cash at the drive through. We waited 16 minutes for 2 meals then was told that’s what I get for coming when they are closed!? No warning that the were closed and nothing said about them cooking fresh when I ordered. I called and spoke with a manager and she apologized for the female’s attitude at the window. Won’t go back here. Go to whataburger across the street. Too many choices to be treated like that.

Do not stop here. They are very slow. Waited over 30 minutes. I am traveling and wanted quick food. They had a line of people waiting. Very poor service they should pay for my gas for waiting. 2 burgers and fries shouldn’t be that hard. Widh something would change but they read the reviews and say thanks. Not good enough.

Order was wrong. Not upsized as requested. Fortunately I didn’t pay for the upsize because apparently even though it was repeated to me it didn’t get added in the system. Tarter sauce was not in the bag as requested. Only a very small dab of sauce on the sandwich. As in if it was a teaspoon altogether I’d be shocked. So frustrating. Bless their hearts.

Worst worst worst service they wasted my 20 mins by giving wrong order and didn’t even apologised i came by drive through and i trusted them but when i checked the order when i got home they handover me wrong order i thought it was a honest mistake so called them and let them know that they gave me wrong order??? They said come and get your order when i went there the girl over there was full of attitude as if it was my mistake??? I mean are you even professional??? Why you even working in mcd when you have 0 knowledge of customer service didn’t even apologised for wasting my time. Very bad service do not go to this mcd!!!!!!
