QSR is not an easy job as I understand. However the extensive wait for my order was a little uncalled for and then upon receiving my order and getting home I find my burgers with the appropriate grill slips attached and my order still incorrect. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the young lady was super helpful and nice. I’ve heard nightmare stories about this location and have no tried it until today and alas my order was not made correct. I understand the monotony of the job and the fast pace you’re trying to work but when you have a grill slip attached to the wrapper let’s just triple check the order. I hope with this new location opening there will be some changes made to better this location. We can do better, let’s pay attention please!

Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before even having my order taken. Then waited another 15 minutes for a simple double cheeseburger and mcflurry with only one person ahead of me. Best part, my medium mcflurry looked like 2 scoops of ice cream, barely half full.

I ordered a Grinch meal and didn’t get anything that was right but my drink. Then sat here calling and noone wants to answer for me to complain. Then send my ex to to store and they don’t even have the socks like really! Really disappointed like this isn’t the first time my order was wrong but also the attitudes. Fix this McDonald’s

The order was placed through the app. We got there and the contactless pickup was closed when it was suppose to be open. Had to go through the drive thru and tell them, plus give them the order number from app. Ok no biggie. Pull up at the window, they wanted to know what we ordered. Really yall are suppose to know this. Luckily I was able to pull the order up from the app because it was a order for 3 adults and 4 kids. So I gave it to them. None of the orders were correct, the food was cold. The frappe machine and milkshake machine was down. I think they just didnt want to make them. It took them forever and we were the only ones in line. Not to mention the workers were rude and didnt care about anything. Will definitely not go back. I would not recommend this location at all. I should’ve went to Wendy’s.

Terrible service!!! I called my order out three times asked for extra caramel on my frappe get to the window and the woman was rude from the start!!! When I mentioned I ask for extra caramel she rolled her eyes and said no the heck you didn’t and walked away my food was also cold I will not be back!!!!

The manager has no control over the staff. The front-end person was on their cell phone instead of filling orders. They didn’t have any lids for most of their drinks. Also, I had to remind the cashier that I purchased a large. She gave me a medium.
