We were visiting our brother in Huntsville and decided to grab a bite to eat. And this was the first place we came to. Thank God bc the food was absolutely amazingly wonderful. Went this morning and ordered a cinnamon melt and sausage McGriddle. McGriddle was hot but the cinnamon melt was COLD. like fresh out of the fridge. The bottom was hot when I got the bag but when I opened the box it was cold as ice. You could tell that it was undone. When I went back the manager was very nice and friendly, i could’ve gotten another one but I wouldn’t DARE … so I got a refund. She even apologized. The 3 Stars are for the manager not the food.

Absolute worst never go there look at what was on the top of my Big Mac it’s the top of the lettuce that most people would throw away it’s like that poor part it’s absolutely disgusting This is the first and the only time I will ever visit this McDonald it is now at 11:15 at night we arrive there at 10:50 we ordered and wanted coffee as I drink they handed us a cold very cold cup of coffee what’s my wife had it back to them and said this is code they said pull forward and will make you a fresh pot 20 minutes later after repeatedly calling them what’s they did not answer they brought out some lukewarm coffee and discuss we drove off and said forget about it would not recommend this place ever

I have to say this is the most unprofessional McDonald’s I have ever stopped at in my travels. Screaming profanity at each other, Loud and obnoxious works. Stood at the counter waiting to order and was over looked several times. Needs serious management and new employees. Establishment was extremely nasty, tables and restrooms. The only person who was professional was a little Hispanic lady cooking in the back. March 16, 2022. I DO NOT recommend stopping at this location.

The employees were okay but they only had 3 selections of drinks to choose from. As we pull to the window I paid and we go to the next window. They gave me our drinks then handed me a bag full of stars you get from the Dollar Tree and we had to pull out our straw. They said we had to wait which is fine so I pulled up and about 5 minutes later the food comes out. My burger was poorly made, the fries weren’t fresh, there were crumbs in the fries which means they cooked other stuff in the same Fry Basket and didn’t clean it out. My pies were room temperature and look like they haven’t been cooked just placed in the warmer to slowly cook. Chicken fingers with smashed and these were the words they have on the menu with all the sauce. The sauce was dripping out of the bag and they only gave us a few napkins so it was a mess. The man that brought our food out had on a t-shirt with army fatigue pants on. I’m not sure if he was an employee or not. I asked for barbecue sauce but they were out, so I use all the sauce that was dripping out of the bag.. even though it wasn’t the same kind of sauce LOL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Note to self: Never stop at a McDonald’s that isn’t updated in this day and age!

I thought that things would’ve been different after 3 years of not going to this location. Lately I been going up here to get my mobile order and it’s usually not a problem except for today. I had ordered two mcdoubles on the app and went to check in for the curbside. I sat there for about 20 minutes still waiting for it so I pulled into the drive thru. She explained she didn’t see my order even though my email corfirmed it and took the money out of my account. Trying to be understanding, I asked her if I could come in to help her find it. She was polite about it. I asked if I could add a fry to the order and paid $4 for it. You would think with the inconvenience I wouldn’t have had to but I guess I did. So when I make it home, the burgers were made wrong and the fries were cold. The manager was nice and I thanked her. But I will take my chances somewhere else AGAIN because of that experience.

This McDonald’s is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and hateful. They always mess up your order. The ice cream and coffee machines are always down. They are always out of stuff. The food is always cold and taste like it’s been sitting out for a day or 2. The floors and tables are always sticky and nasty. The lady at the window practically threw my food at me. I do not recommend this place at all.
