Please teach the your employees that work the drive-thru window to speak to the patrons when they take the payments and say thanks or goodbye after they hand the customers their food. I ordered a meal, paid at the first window, drove to the second window, the young lady simply handed me my food and closed the window. I hope she’s not a mute.

Very poor customer service.

I was sitting in the drive through line and the car in front of me had just pulled off. First let me say, no one was behind me. I had been reading the menu and went to pull my car up, but my car has the auto shut off….so it took it a sec to crank back up and go into gear. Second, let me note that it had not even been a full 5 seconds since the car in front of me pulled around.
I’m then startled by the woman taking orders on the speaker a few feet up screaming at me to pull up.

I’m pulling around, a bit slower than she would have liked apparently, so then she is yelling louder saying “HEELLLOOO you need to pull up NOW.”

So as I pull up to the speaker, I tell her “I’m sorry, there was no one behind me and I was pulling up, I don’t appreciate you yelling at me like that, though.”
– To which she replies (with a sharp tone) “You ready to tell me what you want?”

*WOW…no apology*

I then asked for her name – which she refused to give, again asks me “What do you want?”

I told her how rude she was being and that that kind of service does not make people want to order food there.

I then asked for her name again…speaker goes silent for a good 10 seconds…..(much longer time than she gave me to pull my car up before she started yelling at me)

I then say “Hello, are you still there?”

To which she replied in a very smart and sharp tone “I am, but I’m not listening to you. You have a nice day ma’am.” **Speaker goes silent again*

At this point, I’m fuming and wanted to go in to get this girl’s name, but I knew better. I just drove off and got my breakfast from Sonic instead….and I will NEVER go back to this location again!

I understand needing to keep your line moving. I worked at a restaurant as one of my first jobs, so I get it.

But what you SHOULD NOT do, is yell at your customers who are sitting there ready to spend their money at your establishment.

What you SHOULDN’T DO is have a smart tone with someone when they point out the fact that you are being rude to them as a customer.
You SHOULD apologize in your customer service voice and move on with your day. You SHOULD ask me “What would you like to order?” OR “What can I get you/How can I help you?” in a friendly (Not sharp or yelling) tone.

I would have never wanted your name if you would have corrected your tone when I pulled up and DEFINITELY would not have taken another 5 mins out of my day to write a bad review.

Everyone has bad days, but you should never let that animosity and attitude effect your professionalism – especially when I did nothing wrong to you to begin with.

I eat at random McDonald’s around Alabama and Georgia for lunch while running my route for work. This McDonald’s had the best chicken ranch wrap out of the last 15 McDonald’s I’ve visited. Thank!!

After 14 hours in the ER, I get released and stop here to get dinner, it’s almost midnight now. Got home and found they completely messed up my order, got just meat and bread, nothing else. Tried to call but nobody would pickup the phone. Had to return to get it right (About 30 minute drive). I get there and they say I have to pay extra for the correct order. When I get the new order, it’s wrong again, no tomato. When I said there’s no tomato, they say, they don’t have any but never told me that first. I now say “REFUND”. Suddenly, now they find the tomatoes. These people playing some kind of games. Probably racism, I’m white and the entire crew is black. I don’t recommend Bessemer McDonald’s.

I’m a Uber driver and I went to this store after accepting a order the store claims to be a 24/7 store and there was a white girl in there but she completely ignored me at the drive thru I even went around the store multiple times and nothing. I don’t know if they are getting high in there or what but they need to step there game up because it is wasting my time and costing me money and I will no longer be accepting deliveries from this store .

Slow drive thru, cold fries, wrong sandwich…9 out of 10 visits will result in this outcome…when they do get it hot, fast and correct, it’s purely happenstance… ordered large fries, got this…was calm at first when asking to have the correct amount of fries, then walked out pissed off when 2 separate employees told me repeatedly that this was a large fry and that my order was correct…this wasn’t an opps…this is just the typical sorry management and staff at this location…
